    I initially got this product because it was cheaper than Microsoft Office and it was compatible with the microsoft files. However, it didn't let me install onto my computer which had a Windows 10 Operating System even though it states on the packaging that it is compatible with Windows 10.

    I bought this product for my Apple desktop because I am going back to school online and I needed Microsoft Outlook and all the applications, I was unable to use this particular product. It is outdated, when I tried to return I was told I'm not able to return the product (Even though I did not use and spoke to a manager) so I wasted my money and I was not happy.

    I wish I had walked past and just bought a Microsoft update. I cannot use the program. It does not have enough to be worth the money. If Best buy was closer to my home, I would return it.
