I was previously buying cheapo batteries from ebay. This one has already outlived the others. I would pay the premium for this over the cheap batteries just so that I don't have to keep changing the batteries and to save me from the headache of having to deal with the key fob when it is malfunctioning due to low battery.

replacement battery for my car key

Perhaps somewhat expensive compared to multi packs or other non premium brand name options, but only have to replace this difficult to find size every 3 to 5 years in it's car key application, so chose to buy an Energizer replacement as they have proven to be reliable and fully powered in the past.

Worked great for my Honda Accord 2005 FOB

You might need an eyeglasses repair kit or some other small screw driver tip to open your key. It will be tight and probably rusted, but keep at it without stripping the screw.
