The battery works very well. A bit heavy if you intend on using your pocket to cary it, but if you have a bag or something to put it in you won't really notice. The outside is also very sturdy and has survived being dropped on more than one occasion. Only thing that stops me from 5 stars is that the battery when around 30% or so drops out in charge but for any percentage above that it lasts a long time. I can usually get 2 days of heavy phone usage before I need to charge it again.

After realizing that I had to try to allow the battery to deplete and then to see if it will also charge back past 86 percent; It was after depleting the battery [by charging my phone] below 86 percent that my own micro-usb cord [the correct cord SHOULD BE PROVIDED, THAT’S CRAZY and WILD that it WAS NOT PROVIDED] that was not provided with the power bank was able to charge the power bank battery to 100 percent. Other than those issues it was been working fine for the first week or so of use; 10,000 seems to be enough to keep a phone charged even if you are using it all day, although you would probably need the 20,000 or 30,000 if you want to charge multiple devices, but beware that the 20,000 and 30,000 are that much heavier [and more expensive] as described by their specifications …”?

This little charger packs a punch!! Easy to charge. Easy to use. It’s perfect to use with my iPhone 16 pro. I tend to leave all of my apps open and kill my battery easily. This bad boy make sure that I always have juice.

Great size and not too heavy. Unlike other portable chargers, I like that this one can charge different devices (i.e. not just iPhones). It's also helpful to know the charge level when charging my headphones.

This charger was exactly what i was needing to make long road trips seem shorter. Kids were able to charge their phones and tablets plus still have enough to charge them all at least once again without needing a rechargr.

Works great! Got about 4 charges for my iPhone. Light weight and compact makes this unit great for international travel. You could always get something “better” but this is a great value for the size.

I picked up this Power Bank in a rush right before my trip, never having bought one before. When I opened, it was already at 87%, which seemed pretty convenient. But when I tried to top it off to 100%, it just wouldn't budge. Turns out, it needed a good drain before it could fully charge, something I only found out after a quick Google search. During my trip, a full day of hiking left my iPhone battery at 15%. The Power Bank did its job, but it wasn't the fastest charger out there. It kept my phone hanging around 50% to 60% with some charging in between. After a full day, it completely ran out of juice, needing a solid 7-hour recharge. I liked the LCD screen feature and the price is good. However, this thing's a bit bulky, not exactly something you'd want to haul around on a hike. Next time, I'll likely opt for something more compact, as my sole purpose is charging my iPhone rather than multiple devices simultaneously.

Love this battery. Has a place to hook up two devices. Battery has a count down to how much energy it has to give to other devices. Highly recommended.

I really like this Portable Charger. It has three ports to charge three electronics at one time. With the digital readout, you don't guess at how much charge is left! About what you would expect for 20,000 mAh in heft to carry, I have a heavier one with less charging power. I asked for help in the store and an Associate said, "this is what I recommended to my girlfriend." Now I see why. A known, trusted name, charges itself fast and other electronics fast. I am NOT expert on these things and this makes it easy for me. I throw it in my purse and know I am good to go! I recommend!

It charges pretty fast, and you still have a good percentage of a juice left. It charges back up pretty fast too. I like the fact that it shows you how much is left with the numbers displayed in led format.

Works great! Charges the c type device well. Wouldn’t want to have a dead battery!

This energizer really works bought two and both grandkids are happy. They can put it in the front pants pocket and charge the phones with the phone in back pocket. They are quiet and can still use phone. No problems and it doesnt get hot or over heated. This is a great buy!

It's small enough to be portable and powerful enough to charge multiple devices multiple times. The LCD screen is neat as it tells me when the battery itself needs to be recharged.

Charges quickly, I use another fast charging cable with it. I usually plug it at night so i don't know how long it takes to charge fully. I have a z flip 3 and i can charge it from 15 to a 100% percent then the next charge will be 80%
