Really nice and helpful but heavy, I can charge 10 times my Iphone

I had a Mophie for about two months and it failed (would not turn on or recharge). Luckily I had TotalTech and they took it back on an exchange for this model. This one has 30,000 mAh so it's good to go for numerous charges of an iPad / iPhone. I love how it has the digital meter to show you where you are with how much "juice" you have left. My Mophie did not have that. It's a tad heavy, but I'm not so sure that's an issue, as it's not gonna be hanging on your belt or in your pocket (most likely). The USB-C fast charge is a must-have on these things, because when you're "on the go" you don't want to have it plugged in for very long, I would assume. The USB-C charging option allows for a very fast charge, which is a big plus. BestBuy N Canton, OH was very helpful as usual on the whole exchange process.

This charge is great for outdoor activities. It allows you to charge up to 3 devices at the same time. We only use it for smartphones and tablets. We have not tried charging notebook computers. We have a big family and this charger comes in handy for a quick charge.

This charger is great I work on graveyard and 12 hr shifts and keeps the battery charge up to 80% . So my phone is fully charge

Fast, compact and convient. The ONLY thing I would mention as a possible negative is that it is a little heavy however the pros outweigh this slight con.

Be VERY careful with these external batteries. I purchased 2. One works great. The other is obviously defective and was kept in the box, in the house for 6 months and THIS is what I found when we opened it. Ready to explode?

This was an awesome powerbank! I got four charges out of it and thoroughly enjoyed my campi g trip as a result! Even in the woods I like being connected.

Pro- can charge multiple devices, hold a charge. Con - close to 20hours to fully charge the power bank, the outlet plug gets really hot. The usb C plug sometime will just be out of the slot for some reason, so make sure not the move the cord. My LCD had a charge of 10 and it took 2 hours to get to 19,

This power bank failed me when I needed it most. I was on a multiple-day backpacking trip in the wilderness, and after I used up my primary power bank (different brand), I wanted to use this one as my backup. When I tried to use it, it showed that power was at 0% and wouldn't charge my phone, even though at the beginning of the trip it was at 100% and WOULD charge my phone! (I know this was the power bank messing up because AFTER the trip, the power bank randomly started working again, and was back to 100% power). I do want to clarify. This was a brand new power bank, HOWEVER it is true that a few days before the trip, the power bank fell off a normal-height table onto a concrete floor. This might have been the cause for my issues, but even if that's the case, I believe a power bank needs to be built sturdy enough to withstand relatively minor drops like that! I wasn't able to return it although I wanted to, because a very minor peg from the display screen broke in the fall. So might this power bank work fine if you never ever drop it? Probably. But I feel it's too risky depending on a power bank that's either very fragile or simply a downright failure, I'm not sure which. Also as a note, I do not recommend for backpacking due to the weight.
