It allows you to charge up to 3 devices at the same time. We only use it for smartphones and tablets. We have not tried charging notebook computers. We have a big family and this charger comes in handy for a quick charge.

The other is obviously defective and was kept in the box, in the house for 6 months and THIS is what I found when we opened it. Ready to explode?

Con - close to 20hours to fully charge the power bank, the outlet plug gets really hot. The usb C plug sometime will just be out of the slot for some reason, so make sure not the move the cord. My LCD had a charge of 10 and it took 2 hours to get to 19,
