This power bank failed me when I needed it most. I was on a multiple-day backpacking trip in the wilderness, and after I used up my primary power bank (different brand), I wanted to use this one as my backup. When I tried to use it, it showed that power was at 0% and wouldn't charge my phone, even though at the beginning of the trip it was at 100% and WOULD charge my phone! (I know this was the power bank messing up because AFTER the trip, the power bank randomly started working again, and was back to 100% power). I do want to clarify. This was a brand new power bank, HOWEVER it is true that a few days before the trip, the power bank fell off a normal-height table onto a concrete floor. This might have been the cause for my issues, but even if that's the case, I believe a power bank needs to be built sturdy enough to withstand relatively minor drops like that! I wasn't able to return it although I wanted to, because a very minor peg from the display screen broke in the fall. So might this power bank work fine if you never ever drop it? Probably. But I feel it's too risky depending on a power bank that's either very fragile or simply a downright failure, I'm not sure which. Also as a note, I do not recommend for backpacking due to the weight.

Bought it in may, and now the screen went black and wont charge. I didnt drop it EVER, no water or debris. Had it charging one day to 79 percent and disconnected it and tried to charge my phone to no avail.

This power bank works well and is reliable to be a one stop power bank when in need of power. I would recommend it again

Bought this during a power outage. This brand comes pre charged which was a life saver. Definitely a good buy.

It takes a while to get charged, but charges my phones and tablts in a decent time.

This is the second portable battery I’ve bought from Best Buy, and both of them stopped working in less than a year. Of course, Best Buy doesn’t honor the warranty on any of their products. Don’t buy anything from Best Buy.

Works very well, great product for the price ($30 on sale/discount). It takes a while to charge but also last long when you use it. It comes with one wire, it is not clear how to use that but basically you connect it in any slot and it charges the battery or gives power depending on what you put at the other end. The display charge is convenient. It is a little bit heavier/bigger than most portable batteries but it also has a lot more capacity. Make sure to read the specs f what you want it for, it is good for cellphones, headphones, and other small electronics but it won't power a bigger device. I tried to use it with a portable projector 'FreeStyle 2 from Samsung' but it didn't provide enough power. I still kept it as it is a good option for your phone when you are on the go.
