I’m not sure if I got a faulty one but it serves its purpose. I do like the 3 outlet options. It is also quite heavy.

On the bright side it was a bargain comparing to spending 60 dollars more or a little less on a powerbank it was a bargain.

They seem to really like/use it!! I have one for myself and it works great! I like the battery indicator on the power bank itself, the USBC and USBA ports and the little handle which makes it easier to carry with you! Highly recommend

This is too big of a battery to take on planes without prior approval from the airline, so you may risk having is confiscated by TSA and they don't give them back. I have a smaller Energizer I use that works just as well and is FAA compliant. It's the 20,000mAh size, that is allowed & they also sell it at Best Buy. The packaging looks similar, so make sure to check which one you are getting.
