    I got this bc I needed a charger, it serves it’s purpose, but it does not always work…sometimes it doesn’t charge me phone I have to wiggle the cord to get it to work.

    Not much power, but works great. It is very small and will work when you need just a little power to get by. There are bigger sizes that hold more power and is more expensive if you want.

    NO CLEAR AND UNDERSTANDABLE INSTRUCTIONS WERE PROVIDED. I went four times to BEST BUY customer service - one hour drive, and No Clear Instructions were provided to me. Very bad customer service.
