I just can't believe how many products still require disposable batteries. It's just so easy to charge via a USB port these days that it just feels wasteful to keep buying one-time use batteries. I got these for my active noise-canceling headphones because it eats through batteries quickly, so instead of tossing alkalines all the time, I can now just recharge these and use them over and over again. Since I only need two of them, I keep the other pair charged up ready to go so I can still use them while the first set is charging. The best part is these last longer than the alkalines too so there's an additional benefit in addition to saving money buying those. When the batteries are depleted, I just charge them overnight in a smart charger (prevents over-charging) and they're good to go saving me a trip to the store. Well worth the cost, in my opinion.

I'm one of those odd people that still has a house phone, with an even funnier manufacturer, Siemens. All snorting and giggling aside, it has been a very good cordless phone over the last years that I've owned it. One of the reasons this phone has lasted so long is because unlike other cordless phones, it uses NiCard "AA" batteries instead of a proprietary, custom-made battery that becomes obsolete almost as soon as the phone does. The last time this happened, I was able to go to Radio Shack and get new batteries, but Radio Shack is now gone...Luckily, I was able to go to Best Buy and ask an associate if they carried them, and was given these Energizer batteries: after the initial "leave it alone and let it charge" phase, they worked beautifully. The batteries come in a four-pack, and I only needed two: hopefully I can store the other two away for the next few years and use them when the two I have in the handset fail.

    Don't bother.. stick to Alkalines

Nimh batteries are inherently only 1.2 volts. When manufacturers make their devices, these devices are "expecting" 1.5 volts such as what is provided by Alkaline batteries. So your "low battery" warning, if your device has one, will trigger much much sooner since your battery is starting at 1.2 volts vs. 1.5 volts. Further, the 15 minute Energizer charger charges at an astronomical 7 Amps! This gets the batteries crazy hot. Heat is not good for batteries and they will die (i.e. - not be able to recharge anymore) much sooner = DEFINITELY NOT the "recharge 100 times" claim. So add the more expensive cost of these batteries, the cost to charge them at 7 amps (which I can imagine is a lot since refrigerators draw 15 amps!), and the fact that the 15 minute chargers kill them more quickly, it should really push you to go back to Alkalines. So in a nutshell, I'm going back to Alkalines. Or even better, go with Lithium Energizers which will last that much longer!

A last minute decision that's worth every penny. I had an all day PhotoShoot & figured I'd create a playlist for my clients so they would be energized & In a great mood for their session. I went to Best Buy that day to purchase Beats Pills XL in a specific color but the store didn't have it in stock. When I was waiting I decided to cruise the neighboring aisle & ran into these. I bought them as back ups for my triggers that usually EAT ALL the energy from my power pack. I must say, they have quickly replaced the older system & now dominate my triggering system. They charge quickly & hold a charge for quite a long time. #HappyPhotographer

Bought these batteries to replace similar ones that had outlived their useful life in my Panasonic Portable Telephone Handsets. They are terrific. The handsets now work better than they had with the original batteries. The old batteries lasted 6+yrs if thse last that long they will truly be perfect. In addition I trieed to get them from another retailer whose specialty is batteries (no names, but you know who I mean) and they don't stock them. Thank-you Best Buy for always having the items I need and having great customer interface.

Great AAA Rechargeable Batteries ... I live in Las Vegas ... Lost all of my electrical power, after a car took out a power pole. Powerless for 23 HOURS ... True Story ... You would never expect to be without electricity for that many HOURS, in a Modern City like Las Vegas, in " 2016 ". .... I put these Rechargeable Batteries into a Portable Lamp that gave me & my family light, ALL thru the night, & without charging ....And I can REUSE them again & again. ... They are Fantastic... So Happy I Bought These ENERGIZER Rechargeable Batteries ! .. Otherwise, it would have been a VERY, VERY, long night.

I have two cordless phones at home. One of the phones batteries was not holding it's charge and the other did not last as long as it used to. I looked for the original manufacturers replacement batteries but they were any where from the same price for two batteries to twice the price for two batteries. I decided to try these batteries a try. I got 4 batteries (twice the amount as the original factory product) and for a great price on a slightly reduced price on sale. The batteries were placed in the phone and the phone works as good as new and hold the charge.

I bought these to use in a Turtle Beach x42 Surround Sound headset with my Xbox. The headset eats batteries fast, so using rechargeable batteries makes sense. I use the Energizer 15 minute charger, which has a built-in fan that kicks in when starts up. Since the capacity of AAA batteries is marginal compared to AA, you need to pay attention to the mAh (milliamp-hour) rating on them, and it's not always easy to read through the packaging. The ones I got were rated at 850 mAh, but there are also 700 mAh ones floating around. Get the higher capacity if you can.

I hate having to throw away and go out and buy new batteries for things like remotes. I'm not sure why they don't all just come with charging bases or built-in rechargeables these days, but with these batteries I can at least re-use the batteries over and over. I'm using a generic "smart" battery charger with the batteries since the fast chargers can shorten their life and the batteries have been working fine. I've already charged them a few times and them seem to have plenty of capacity for each round. I haven't had any problems so far.

Tired of running out of batteries and not being able to use my battery operated devices until I could get to the store to buy more. Decided this time to try rechargeable batteries and haven't been disappointed. Best Buy had them on sale, so that was an added bonus. I don't have a lot of high drain devices, mostly using in my Roku and TV remotes. Recharge is quick and so far, I've not had any issues. I plan to buy another set when they're on sale again.

Very expensive. Rechargeable batteries have improved. These are quite good. I look forward to the day when using rechargeable batteries is the norm. $14 for 4 AAA batteries is outrageous but I paid it. For years I've been scoffing at the price and buying disposables. Finally I decided it was important enough to me that I bought a stockpile of AA and AAA and a charger, for over $100. I don't know how long they will last but at least I will not have to constantly recycle ni-cads anymore.

These batteries are great for using in my flashlight, calculator, temperature sensors, clock, or anything that takes AAA batteries. I use those examples because those are all of the devices I actually use these in, since they last a long time, are easily rechargeable, and still have a large capacity 3+ years down the line. They cost more than non rechargeable ones, or other brand's rechargeable ones, but Energizer is the oldest battery manufacturer in the US, and they make a great product.

I've been using these for about 4 1/2 months now and have been very satisfied. So far they are holding their charge very well. I mainly use them with my xbox one elite controller. I use one set and keep the other set charged and rotate them every time my batteries get low. They last a long time and much cheaper than buying an xbox "charge" pack. Highly recommend.

Great batteries with the ability to recharge. I have a charging station for AA that is also compatible with AAA batteries. My idea is to replace all batteries in my home with rechargables so that I never have to go out and purchase batteries again. They seem to hold their charge well enough for the usage that I use them for. I do not own a gaming console and this would be my only concern would be to use them nonstop with a controller or something similar.

This is my second purchase, because I use AAA size battery a lot. I use it for my Bose headset, and my Arc mouse. After using battery and I didn't charge it for a while, and I tried to charge them again, and two of them doesn't want to charge and give me error. So out of 8, I only have 6 battery, which is waste of money. I think BestBuy should have extended warranty for battery or something else where you won't know how product works immediately.

As the title says, Works as expected. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating, was because that was the ONLY choice there was for rechargeable AAA batteries available i n the Vero Beach FL BB. And I wish there was a choice of quantity. Most rechargeable land line phones only take 3 batteries, and consumer is stuck with an extra Battery.

Not much to state about batteries other than the fact that my household needed them. Our home phones are about 5 years old, so the original Panasonic Batteries could no longer hold a charge when taking off the home bases around the house. As our last phone our of 4 began to show the low battery sign and that it needs to be charged, I had to find replacements fast. Sure enough BestBuy had them in stalk and recommended these as opposed to the OE batteries.

First, let me say I'm not so GREEN I'm hugging trees but I do like to save energy. This is why I bought these supposedly rechargeable batteries. I got MAYYYYBE 3 recharges from these until the charger kept rejecting them as defective. Ridiculous considering how much more they cost than regular alkaline. Do NOT repeat my mistake with these unless you enjoy flushing money down the toilet

Along with being eco-friendly, I like the rechargeable because of the convenience, savings, and the fact that last longer. These ones work great...the only thing I would mention as a warning is to pay attention to the mHa number. There are another set of these that look almost identical, but not as long lasting. I have no idea what mHa even stands for, but I do know, like cell phone batteries...the higher the number, the better.

It seems manufacturers are now making equipment that runs AAA instead of AA, and unlike alkaline batteries, I always know that I have fully charged batteries in all of my remote controls and devices. I have tended to stay away from Energizer rechargeables because they have died early, but I am betting they are now just as long-lasting as Rayovac or Duracell (since they are all probably made by the same company) .
