I did have a magsafe case and it began to separate it, now I use it without the case. But no other issues, absoutley great product!!

Cons: Just one..it does not charge! When I first dock it might show me that its charging but some times it shows the charge light but it doenst last long.

Does not have a strong magnet

These have been mass produced for over 30 years. You would think the engineers that designed this thing would know a thing or two about cell phone holders. The magnet is very weak and won’t hold a paper clip let alone a cell phone. Im returning this item when i get a chance.

The suction cup is terrible, it barely stayed connected to my dash for a day before the summer heat ruined the seal. The vent clip is cheaply made, and it broke on me within a week of using it. Even if the mounting options worked, the charge was inconsistent and it would either not work or charge my phone so slow it was borderline pointless. (With no apps running I gained 1% of battery over a 30 minute drive.)

Wireless charging stops working

The material connecting the magnetic pad to the charger itself is attached only with an adhesive that succumbed to the heat in the car. Now each time I use it, I have to pull the magnetic off the back of the phone & stick it back on the charger.

Poor quality!!!

And no, it wasn’t hot outside. It was maybe 65 degrees. I suoer glued it back on. It doesn’t have a secure fit at the ball joint and the charger does this intermittent thing and only chargers when it wants to. I’m past the return window so I’m stuck with a useless piece of plastic and glue. I do NOT recommend this product!!!!

The clip that holds the charger to the vent already broke. The charger is very temperamental. It charges right away sometimes. Other days it starts charging 5-10 minutes after being connected.
