This thing is crap! I should probably give it 2 stars instead of 3. Its so slow to charge itself and it did NOT rapid charge my phone, it slow charged it. Then it said you coukd basically charge your phone twice before it needed to be recharged. Not true! I got one time each time. How is this saving me time and money? Dont waste your money on this!

NOT A FAN at all. I got it on clearance. yes the charger works when you lay your phone on it. it doesn't seem to hold charge for long - like it will be turned on and fully charged up and either using a usb or using the usb-c cord and connecting it my phone and it will just stop charging like as soon as it gets connected to charge but it will show that it has battery life on the device just doesnt maintain the charging function while in use. i seriously wouldn't recommend getting this item. literally if i let someone use it i assure them of how its a piece of crap and they have to keep making sure it is charging after they have it connected. just buy a different brand.

This energizer power bank is a nice upgrade from my older one.

It’s hard to find the right spot for my phone to charge and it charges slow.

Held a charge the first time I used it but after that wouldn’t charge past 50%. Also the power button does not seem to turn the portable charger off. Really disappointed in this purchase.

I bought two of these chargers and sadly both of them have never functioned properly even when they were brand new out of the box. They are extremely unreliable. When I attempt to use the charger, there is a 50 percent chance that it will charge my devices like normal. The other 50 percent of the time the charger will not function at all and will need to be plugged back in to recharge for just a second for the charger to work at all even when it is charged to 100 percent capacity. Both of my chargers have the exact same issue. No point having a power bank that is unreliable and does not work when you need it.

I'm very disappointed with the product, the reason i bought it was for wireless charging, it does charge wirelessly but it heats up like it will blow up.

Very convienient way to charge since my charge port is damaged.

When your cell phone is running low on battery,we all know that it needs to be recharged,especially when one is traveling.

I think I received a dud. It's compact and easy to carry in my bag. However, it does NOT CHARGE my new Samsung S23 fast AT ALL. At 25% battery level its says that it would take 2 hours and 7 minutes for a full charge. The it using the Qi park with the phone on top AND when using the charging cable it takes less time of 2 hours. When I use my plug in charger, it takes a little over 1 hour.

I love this. I thought I would need new phone when my wire charger wasn't working anymore. This is a wonderful option.

Item works well fast charging and multiple charges for other items.

It works wonderfully, I would highly recommend it to anyone. It was recommended to me by my son.

Does not work well with apple products, will only charge so much then the phone overheats and quits charging

Bery unsatisfied with this charger. I bought this to begin showing my son wireless charging VS cords. All adjustments have been made to 2 cells and the wireless is useless. So, im using it as I use my other 6 chargers that I previously had, with cords.

Works for most stuff the only issue I have is the magnet for wireless charging is kinda weak even with a thin case on phone I have to play with it to find the “sweet” spot
