    The height of the power bank is bit long and not compatible with most of the mobile phones when charging wirelessly. The package is sealed; therefore, the customers cannot test it before buying. If you are taking it as a wireless charger, it will be a waste of money

    Didn’t even make it to 4 months, now it wouldn’t charge up anymore. It was great when it was working. It does heat up quite well anytime it’s put to work

    Only used it a few times and now the device won’t shut off. It remains on despite holding down or double-clicking the battery’s only button, regardless of the devices connected to it or while charging the battery back to full. It has a 1 year warranty and this one stopped working a couple weeks after the 1 year expired.

    Do not recommend this product. I used it twice, and both times, it became extremely hot to the touch to where it put me in a panic. I no longer trusted using it.
