Shipping wasn't available, so I ordered for in-store pick-up. Attempted to turn it on ("precharged" was advertised prominently on the box) and found device unresponsive. I then noticed the battery was in fact swollen and pushing out both sides of the plastic. I considered giving 2 stars because it's possible this was a mishandled warranty return, but took off another for the frustrating chat disconnections and phone runaround, including a complete inability to reach the local store, that led to having to drive back to the store with an explosion risk in my car. Would not trust this brand in the future.

You have to make sure it’s centered just right or it doesn’t charge. Would recommend magnetic one.

I’m still getting used to how long you need to charge it til it’s full, and how long a full charge lasts…on the phone and the charger.

I bought this battery because it is 20,000 mah, fits in a back pocket, and is ideal for plane travel. I prefer 30,000 and 40,000 mah devices but airlines do not allow devices in that size range so a 20,000 is perfect for flying. I was surprised to discover this as I rarely fly, my Oct 2022 flight was my first since 2004 and my fifth in my lifetime. I carry 30k and 40k devices on the bicycle, in the car, and on Greyhound but this is great for flight or bike rides of 30 miles or shorter. It is durable too.

Godd quality bank. You can charge 2 phone at a time. Also decent in size yo carry. Obviously bit heavy. Wireless charging is handy.

This is a sleek battery pack. It is perfect for someone looking for light thin pack for your backpack or travel bag. The pack easily charges my z-fold at least 2-3 times per charge. The ability to use this as a drop charger is a game changer.

The size is perfect, not to bulky or heavy. It charges my phone or tablet super fast. The time it takes to recharge is not long either. Then itll last for a while before needing to recharge again.

Seems to work as expected. It is very sensitive to movement, so if it moved enough, wireless charging will stop. Once full charged, it was able to charge my phone about 60% while only using 1 of the 4 lights that shows it decrease in power. A bit bulky but very handy, glad that can do wireless and wired. Purchased to be used at kids games to recharge phone after video and photos taken.

I travelled a lot because of work. This battery is good enough for my iPad Pro 11inch, my iPhone and Apple Watch I don't know about a laptop. When I am in an airport, I don't use their usb B outlet. You never know what it is connected to. I think when you are traveling internationally, you should only charge your phone with your battery. Your battery should always come between your devices and the local outlets. The wireless charging will come in handy when you need to charge your AirPod pro.

This charger is my go to for theme parks and any outing. It fully charges at least three phones from nearly dead! I love the wireless charge feature especially when I forget my charging cable. Works great on my nephews’ tablets for car rides when we can only have one plugged into the car at a time. LIFE SAVER! Especially when out late alone with nowhere to charge.

I bought this power bank so that I have a way to keep my phone charged at work. I listen to Spotify for about 9 hours a day and I need to be able to charge my phone when needed. This power bank lets me do exactly what I need to. It does turbo charging on my phone which is nice because I didn't even know that was a thing lmao. The chargers I use it home do not charge it that fast.

Excellent power bank. Able to charge wirelessly. Kind of on the heavy side, but well worth carrying it.
