Good solid battery. Took a bit to figure out how to get the wireless charging to work and to tell when the battery itself needed to charge. But is a solid quick charge once I figured it out. One downsize is its size and weight. Otherwise a great battery.

I love the sleek design of this charger. Once side has a power button and the other shows the level of charge in subtle lights. The charger can accommodate 3 different device cords, giving it more flexibility since my family has different phones. I really like the charging capability with either a cord or without (again, some phones don't need the cord) It has a sturdy, good quality feel to it and is easy to use. It seemed to charge my phone quickly once it had full charge itself. Cons: The package states it has a charge in it but there was VERY little charge, not enough to get started. I also found the USB was very hot when I pulled it out after charging for a long time, hoping that isn't an issue.

Great power unit. We bought it for a long road trip were impressed with how many charges we got out of it but also it was awesome to be able to charge two phones at once. I was skeptical of the wireless charging feature having used them before but this one worked as promised! What also impressed me was how fast the wireless charger worked. I can’t say that I timed it but it was as fast as using the cable when we had two phones charging at once. The amount of time it took the re-charge the unit itself was relatively quick too considering that we got days-worth of charging out of the unit. We charged the unit in the evening and it was ready to go before we went to bed a few hours later. If I have a complaint I would say that the power indicator lights on the side were hard to see sometimes.

Glad to have a solid battery to charge devices if we lose power or in different parts of our home. We're focused on shifting to wireless charging and have acquired different devices to keep plugged in around the house so we can charge our phones and other items easily. This seemed like it would be helpful because it can be charged and then won't have to be plugged in - so, in theory we could charge our phone anywhere in the house and not worry about a cord. In practice, thought this seems like a nice portable battery and it seems to charge things just find when they are plugged into it, we can't seem to get it to charge our iPhones or AirPods wirelessly. So, though it's portable and works...we need a cord to charge our phones or earbuds. I imagine that if we weren't pretty much stuck at home, this would come in handy on the road. It seems one can't reliably count on wireless charging, though.

Good charger! I like that it has the ability to wirelessly charge with my phone, but I wish it had two USB ports, instead of only one. It is bulkier than some of the other chargers I have, but still pretty good-sized! I love that it has 5 lights to indicate the charge status of the device

When I purchased this charger I was looking for a reliable, portable charger that provided more punch than the budget products I've had in the past. So far, so good! This charger is great for charging passsively while you're working by just setting your phone on the device, but the greatest benefit I've noticed is having the peace of mind of having this available while traveling. I've brought this to the mountains and on big bike rides and it charges a smartphone multiple times over and also provides a full boost to my DSLR camera while shooting. It has one button to power on that feels very responsive and has 4 LED lights to display charge status. The cord docks feel sturdy when you plug in each cord as well which is confidence inspiring! Overall this is a reliable product that adds more time to your devices while away from power outlets. It's lightweight enough that you can throw it in your backpack/bag and not notice any sort of bulk all while having it available all the time. I'm happy with it so far.

The charger's a bit on the heavy side, but it's powerful & fast. Right out of the box, I was able to charge my iPhone 11 from 38% to full charge during dinner. The dimensions are convenient (similar to modern iPhones) and it fits nicely in the side pocket of my backpack. It comes with a single USB >> mini cable, but most people who buy this already have lots of extra USB & USB-C cables lying around for powering the charger. (I keep the power bank charged between uses using the power cords from my MacBook Pro).

Purchased this bad boy on sale a year ago exactly and it has been great to me since. No issues ever. Best portable charger purchase I could make. Even purchased a protective case for it. The wireless charging feature is just icing on the cake to me.

I purchased this portable charger as I liked the wireless feature. The charger is slimmer in profile then my last charger but the same weight. I also like that it can charge multiple devices at the same time. A great charger for the price.

Got this power bank for my car for when all the other ports are in use - with lots of kids that tends to happen. This one is great in a pinch. A little heavy for something I'd want to carry around but nice for an extra option when I think charging choices might be limited!

It's big, stout and powerful!. Love the wireless fast charge feature and especially love that I can charge multiple devices at the same time. What else can I say... it works as described. Perfect!

I picked this up to have around the house for those times when it's just a pain to find the plug and cable for the devices. As a growing family of iPhones and Amazon devices, we don't all share the same plugs. This is a dream to get a charge on the kiddo's Amazon Fire wherever he wants to hang out whether being on the couch, I have an iPhone 12 myself and can just drop it down on the top and it charges great, however, a caveat with all wireless chargers is you have to make sure you line up the device properly and since this is about the same size as an iPhone 12 I didn't find it difficult. My biggest gripe with this is the weight of the charger. I wasn't expecting quite the heft it has, but as a trade-off, it does feel very well built. I would recommend this to someone looking for a portable wireless charger but also can charge via USB A or USB C. I did find charging to take some time with my 18w Apple USB Charger – this with I would recommend a high speed charging brick via USB C.

Overall our family rates this as a 5 star product. We have used on multiple devices. The wireless feature is great! The device is a bit bulky but worth it for how well it works! We charged a new iPhone from 58% to 79% in what we calculated at 15 minutes duration. This test was straight out of the box using the pre-charged feature! Pretty cool!

Great portable battery, I like to bring it with me when I don’t feel like bringing a cord so I can at least wireless charge my phone if needed. Stays charged for a really long time. Only thing is you need to charge the battery with the USB C port if you want it to not take forever to charge. Other than that very good.

This does the job of charging phones and kids tablets. It’s nice to plug the kids tablet into this while they are using it with a low battery - more convenient than them always pulling the cord out of the wall. It will not wirelessly charge my iPhone. The charging cord is shorter than I expected. Just have to think through where you are going to charge it. My major critique on this is it doesn’t come with a charging cube for the wall. I hate having to plug and play with the charging cubes.

Wireless charger portion does not work on my unit. I tried it with and without the case on my Iphone 11pro and no luck. It does charge with the usb and usb-c port and seems to last forever. Don’t buy it for the Qi charger. Other wise as a huge power pack it is great, and feels solid as a brick.

This power bank is huge. Will definitely charge all of your devices. Will not charge my iPhone 12 wirelessly. I followed the directions but still won’t work. I know it’s not the phone because other wireless chargers work.

It does not hold a charge for more than a day. It is heavy and bulky. Hard to find the button to check the current charge(needs other colors). Bad color - black. Does not have an electric outlet plug to recharge it(does not come with one). I think I made a bad buy. I can't recommend it.

Ordered this "new" item. When i received it the box was damaged and sealed with painter's tape. It had obviously been returned. Item doesn't work properly. I sent Best Buy a message but haven't heard back.
