I csn charge my laptops, cellphones, and accessories and stull have over 50% capacity remaining. I can confirm it does output up to 30W. Does take a while to charge, but it does make sense considering how much juice you get from it. Overall i would absolutely recommend this to anybody who is looking for great value from a power bank.

Other reviews say the usb-c ports were too close together, seems like they fixed that issue. Has slow charge and speed charge ports. Took my phone from 20% to 100% in about an hour and still had 82% left on the battery. Glad I purchased this.
