I bought this laptop based off of a Best Buy supervisor's recommendation after I confirmed the type of memory/processor he told me it has. I wanted a computer that was fast and easy to use and also something that would last. The supervisor said this computer had speed (to watch videos and web surf) and described to me the benefits of the SSD as opposed to other types of memory components. I have not watched full movies yet on this computer but I am very pleased with the speed and the user friendliness of the computer. I have much experience with different computers and operating systems but I have to admit I don't have the patience to figure out how to change the way screens appear (ie using the windows that came out after Windows XP). The operating system on this computer looks like the windows that used to frustrate me but on this computer is so much simpler. I've never used a Mac but this computer is awesome compared to the Sony Vaio I had & to some Dells I've used. I also owned a Toshiba (comparable in price) and loved the music player and photo program it came with but I will say that unless I haven't figured it out, I'm not fond of the photo program on my HP Envy. When wanting to look through photos from a flash drive, I can't just click the right arrow to look at the next pic, I have to exit the pic and double click on the next pic (i am able to do so on other computers so I don't think it is because of the way the pics were saved).

We bought this computer to replace worn out old one. It has been great for our purposes. Love the touch screen and the speed of it.

This computer is great for the price. It has ssd drive which makes it fast to load. The screen looks good. Its a all around computer for the money.

Hey! I've been using computers since the early 1970's for business and home use. The laptop I had been using for the last few years had served me well but I could tell it was time to go shopping for a new one before it went down completely. I looked at several and spotted this one. It look good but what in the world was a SSD drive all about. My sales person seemed to be very knowledgeable and quickly explained the good news about this drive. Sounds good to me, took it home and went to work. This thing was so fast the job was done before I thought about it. Well it was almost that fast and another thing, It did not get hot and burn by legs while using. THAT, was a new experience. No trouble and all and it is a joy to use.

I initially went to the store to purchase a 2 in 1 laptop. After playing around with a smaller version of this laptop and reading the reviews; I was sold. I love the display. It is lite weight and fast. I am very impressed with this laptop.

When you open up the laptop you will be smiling as this is a stunning design. The laptop looks elegant with nice chrome detailing. I think it looks like a custom designed MacBook Pro lol. Windows start up is incredibly fast with the M.2 ssd. This version is only 1920x1080 so if you're looking for a beautiful display then you should upgrade to the QHD one. This has more than enough powerful comments to do a lot of things except maybe gaming since the gpu isn't too powerful. But I use this for music production on FL Studio and also Serato Dj. The back lit keyboard is nice too BUT it feels as if the keys with eventually start to chip away as the the keys feel painted on. I would have liked to see black plastic keys like the MacBook has. But it's whatever. Super nice computer with powerful components at a decent price.

Don't cheap out and purchase a $300 laptop with a basic AMD or Intel processor. Get one with the I seven like this laptop that has a SSD hard drive and you will not be disappointed. Start up time is fast and you can have 14 windows running in adobe illustrator or some other program and it won't phase it. Spend $1000 instead of $300 and save thousands in time in the long run for your business!

We purchased this laptop when another laptop went on the fritz under warranty. When the other computer came back, I was not willing to take it back. This computer is faster, more rugged and has a full on board numeric keypad which I love. I would purchase this computer again in a heartbeat. I dropped it and nothing was damaged. How about that!!! Touch screen is great too.

I bought this for my parents. I'm less than impressed. The boot time out of the box was slow. The laptop gets really hot very quickly. Programs are slow or have issues more times than not. This was returned. Not worth wasting my money.

This computer is super fast and has a very quiet hard drive, compared to other HP laptops that I have tried. It is a great purchase.

I use this laptop at work to access service information and to download vehicle software. Since time is money, the speed of this HP was the most important.

Enjoying my new computer so far. It seems to be fast and able to do what I need it to for work. I have not used some of the applications it came standard with yet.

This is used for electronic health records. The speed, touch screen and numeric key saves valuable time.

I did my research and ended up going with this Hp. I loved the sleek look, how light it was and the backlit keyboard. The touchscreen made it great for class! Unfortunately, I did not make it a month before I had issues. I took it in to Best Buy and the guys ran an update or two and it appeared to be working. I was relieved when I was able to take it home, but when I turned it on it stated that I needed a hard drive. The computer lasted 3.5 weeks before the hard drive failed. I know others love the hp they purchased, however I was soured by the experience. Needless to say, I replaced the hp with a different computer.

This computer is light-weight for the amount of work it can do. I also have shoulder problems so I cannot travel with heavy computers. The keyboard is standard size and the screen is just the right size. The clarity is unbelievable. This is an EXCELLENT computer!

This laptop is my first WIndows 10 computer, and I am very impressed with the speed and set of features on this laptop.
