Got this for the wife to go back to school. She loves it. The ability to convert to tablet mode is very nice. Touch screen, fast, and reliable.

I don't usually like laptops. They are small, awkward, and I abhor the mousepads. This one is the exact opposite of everything I dislike in a laptop. I love the large display. The mousepad is the best I have ever used. You dont have to press the pad down, just lightly tap it. But, it doesn't act up if you accidentally touch it while typing. I love the touch screen. It makes using excel on a laptop easy. It comes with Cortana, which is the only voice assistant that can understand my fiance. I'm so glad we got this laptop.

Enjoy the speed and the graphics. I use it every day for my kitchen design business and my customers love the drawings that i provide for them.

Touch screen is excellent. Runs fast. Screen size is good and the speakers are clear and produce good sound. Light for travel.

I purchased this laptop computer for its large screen, which is the case. It starts and closes quickly. At this point, I have no complaints.

I purchased this as my other HP bought in 2012 died on me and need a laptop to work. I'm satisfied with how lite it is, big screen to see graphics better. Only thing and it could be me is how sensitive finger mouse is.

I just got it yesterday, still setting it up. Beautiful screen and graphics. I think I'll use the Geek Squad to fine tune.

Love this laptop. Everything moves fast. Even a fast start up. It would be nice if the battery last a little bit longer.

I'm not a tech savvy person but this laptop has done everything well that I've bought it for. I've used the Music Maker Jam app on it & I'm excited to start creating music. Windows Media Player & VLC Media Player still work on this newer model. So far, this laptop is the best model I've ever bought. The only problem I have with it is the battery drains quicker than I'd like it too. Overall, I recommend it to any student, business person, & maybe even musicians/producers.

My daughter needed a new laptop, her 4 year old Toshiba 17.3" just was tired and slow. I did a lot of research and decided upon this HP model. I knew I would have to spend around $1,000 for a unit that would be of higher quality, fast and reliable, and this HP does the job. If you need a laptop for daily personal use for streaming, internet and home office, and you can afford to spend between $800-$1,000, I would highly recommend this HP. She is very happy with it.

I was a little cautious about exchanging my Dell laptop for the HP due to the cheaper price. I thought that the laptop wouldn't be as good as the one I purchased but I was wrong! The reason for my exchange was due to the speakers not working after owning it for a week. Now that I have the HP Envy the speakers are extremely clear and sound is loud. I am very pleased with the speed of the HP and all around design. Will most definitely purchase a HP again in my life.

Great laptop but very heavy! I'd recommend this for someone who wants to occasionally move it from room to room, but not lug it around every day. It's very fast, easy to use, and it's beautiful.

I am a casual laptop. This laptop is very fast operating. Screen is sturdy and screen quality is very nice.
