This is the best Computer i've ever had and the large screen makes this Computer a steal with a larger memory comparing to the rest. It's ergonomically designed and size will help the fingers and larger screen helps those tired Eyes. Definitely wasn't disappointed in purchasing this Computer and would recommend It to Anyone who loves HP .

I use this laptop primarily as a mobile desktop so the weight does not bother me. I love the keyboard w/ 10 key because I do a lot w/ accounting. The screen is vivid and the set up process connected easily to my blue tooth and wifi devices. Also, it was easy to set-up a hub for my two monitors, printer, mouse, etc.

Went from 15" to 17" laptop with this HP Envy! So glad I did. Salesperson also recommended a 13" Apple laptop. Great picture but too small of screen. Would definitely recommend the 17" HP Envy especially if it is not going to be moved around alot. Quick and responsive and gets a lot of style points as well! Great computer!

I've always enjoyed HP Envy laptops. I've had a few bumps trying to set up software, but it always seems best to install software before doing a complete update when straight out of the box. The biggest glitch was with Microsoft Office 2016 Pro package conflicting with already onboarding Microsoft Office 365. However, a simple uninstall and removal of Microsoft apps fixed that issue. The 17" screen is more than needed, but it is nice for viewing movies.

Outstanding laptop for all. Granted it larger than most but I very seldom take it from my home. Fairly light for it's 17+ inch screen. I have boosted the memory to 16GB and the drive to a 2TB SSD. Extremely fast with the i7 8th Gen processor. This is my 4th system as I used them a lot for my PHD and my home network.

I am totally satisfied with the Envy 17.3 touch-screen laptop. I absolutely love the fact that I have the ability to use the touch screen. Also I had a larger screen laptop before; I now prefer this size with is just a bit smaller because it is easier to transport.

I need a laptop with a video co-processor, a fair amount of RAM, and a powerful processor, but at a reasonable price. This HP fits the bill. With Best Buy's liberal student discount policy (as the parent of a college student I qualify) appled to the already low sale price, I paid less than $1000.00. The display is bright and clear, the keyboard layout comfortable and the large touchpad easy to use. The 12 gig of RAM, CORE i7 processor and video co-processor makes the redraws of my complex 3D engineering drawings lightening fast. Likewise, the i7 and ample RAM convert my drawings into CNC G-Code in the blink of an eye. I had originally planned to upgrade to 16 gig of RAM, using a compatible RAM module from my now non-operational, brand D laptop, but after using this laptop for a few weeks, I feel no urgency to upgrade. I looked at more expensive laptops, but after my experience with this computer, I'm not sure how much advantage would be gained by spending a lot more money. If you need a laptop with excellent all around performance, I can definitely recommend this HP Envy.

I originally bought a Dell laptop of the same dimensions. Never again will I not get anything but an HP. HP is the best and I should never of tried to go to another product. I love the screen size the ability to read the screen clearly it’s a beautiful looking laptop and highly functional for my purposes,

I've purchased several laptops this past couple years. Why Hp, they make a great product. Period. From my daughter's graduation gift, to my nieces graduation presents and my own couple of laptops, they only get better every year. What I love about this one is the speed of it all. Well worth the cost.

Purchased an HP laptop to replace my dell whose screen went blank. The HP is a huge upgrade in 17 inch touch screen, intel i7 operating system, 12 gigabyte memory size , 1 terabyte hard drive, bluetooth and it even has a disc drive. I absolutely love it. I hope it lasts longer than the dell.

I've owned this computer for a few weeks now and I'm completely satisfied. It performs great and I use it for all my applications. The fingerprint scanner doesn't work very good but I should try to reset it maybe? Otherwise I'm quite happy since I'm older and like a big screen which I can also carry with me.

I tried to go smaller with my next laptop. But am still attached to the 17inch laptops. This is my first HP brand & is much faster at start up & browsing. Than my older laptop. My daughter did her projects on it & also approves. I only do minimum things on it. And that is good enough for me.

I don’t know what it is about HP, but I always find myseld going back to them. I’ve tried other brands and it seems like HP is better suited for me. I still like the fact that they have models that have CD-ROM’s. I like the design of this model. The screen is amazing. I’m happy with my purchase.

I have owned several laptops over the years and must admit that this HP Envy is my favorite to date! The touch-screen works like a charm. There is tons of memory space, awesome graphics, and spectacular sound. It is always quick to start up and easy to shut down.

Good construction, well built, it's my third 17" screen laptop which is great for viewing. I personally could do without Windows 10 but what ever is next is on the horizon. The machine its self is fast and no issues in its operation. it's top end in its category, must buy if you want a real machine.

Love the big screen, lighted keyboard! I am usually a Mac person but needed a windows machine for work - this fits the bill and Windows home edition does all I need it to do. It was the last one on the shelf! The sales gent was very helpful in explaining difference between this and some other models.

bought laptop from best buy 10 years ago and is still going just has gotten to be allot slower after all these years so i decided to update and I must say I am very pleased I'm back up to the speeds i once was if not better would recommend best buy and my HP laptop to anyone who was looking.
