This PC has a very powerful processor and ample RAM for most people's needs, including small business. It starts up fast and works well because of the included SSD. .The SSD is small, so you may want to upgrade to a bigger SSD quickly. If you use programs that need to be installed on the same drive as Windows. You may also want to upgrade the power supply and graphics card if you plan on doing intensive film and video editing.

This is my first computer with a SSD. I like it very much. It starts up fast and handles all my basic computer needs. I also like the new HP computer online "fixes" for any problems. I recommend this computer.

This computer is extremely fast and very good. No negatives. It is also very quiet and has plenty of ports. Great product!

My wife's PC crashed, so needed something quickly. I was blessed to find this one on a great sale, so scooped it up. When I installed it at home, I was impressed with how quickly it runs - not unexpected with the 128GB SSD - but better than I expected. It took a bit to get all the pre-installed trial software removed, but once that was done, it actually ran better and didn't have to worry about pop up offers, etc. I wish I had thought to buy two of them :-)

I don't know if it's the graphics card or the 6th gen i7 processor, but between the 2, I can definitely see the improvement. My 5 year old desktop was awesome, running a 1st gen i7. I only replaced it because it died. Great price, in fact, I went to a competitor and they couldn't match BB's price and told me to "run" and purchase this desktop. ONLY thing I did notice is how loud it is, and it's in a cabinet. It moans all day.

I love my new PC. The CPU benchmarks over 10k, it has more than enough RAM and the SSD contributes to a very quick boot-up, under 45 seconds. OK, the front USB and other ports are in an awkward place, but I can live with that. I moved the default docs, pics, movies etc to the SATA HDD leaving the SSD to handle little more than the OS. Love it.

NO instruction manual, only guide cheap fragile DVD player unlikely to last warranty, especially vertically mounted otherwise, expected HP performance recommend compare to DELL Windows 10 - forget everything you knew again, NO instruction manual Internet Explorer crashes, Cortana/search freezes Media Player needs codec (K-Lite) for mpeg otherwise looks ok after you figure it out

The boot up speed on this unit is incredibly fast due to the 128gb SSD. I have been "burning the machine in" over the past 10 days and performance has been flawless. I am am very pleased and plan on buying another one. To put this in the proper perspective I currently utilize four additional desktop units which I am in the process of upgrading. FYI, I had the machine setup done by the Geek Squad, which involved installation of several software programs, and a webcam. I highly recommend their services.

This computer is awesome and faster than I expected it boots up and loads everything quicker than I can google something on my phone lol. I use it for multi tasking streaming audio (Spotify) and surfing the web and Photo Editing (Photo Shop and Lightroom) Also for Surfing the Internet. Almost all simultaneously, It never slows down or acts like its straining at all.

Easy to use....Has enough storage and speed for our needs.

I have had this computer for about a month now and have not had any issues with it's performance. For the price I paid ($699), it has been a solid computer and does everything I have needed it to do without issue. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good computer for a good price.

So far I have been very impressed with the HP Envy. The SSD makes start up a snap; literally just seconds. The sizable hard drive and RAM are plentiful and able to handle the needs of a small business. I do not anticipate having a need to replace this computer any time soon, this one's a keeper.

The solid-state drive gives me a start-up time of roughly twenty seconds to log-in, which is astonishing compared to my last desktop, an All-In-One. It is quiet, too, which is important because I can only store it on my desk, behind my monitors. The built-in dual-monitor set-up is great.

I bought this on line I did not have the option of picking it up at the local store. I paid for Geek Squad support. I am not an IT person, I believe in paying “Professionals” for specialized service. It was ”Eligible” for GEEK Squad set up so I had to wait for it to be delivered to my home, then take it to the local store and drop it off for set up, 50 miles round trip, twice. After I finally got it home I found that GEEK Squad failed to set up the files correctly and I had to take it back to them to get it correct another 50 mile trip, plus my time. When I got back home it still had issues I resorted to calling an IT savvy friend to get it right. I have used Geek Squad support numerous times in the past and been very pleased, this lack of professionalism is disappointing. If I only had this experience to base my review on it would be One Star. Now that it is set up correctly, it runs like a dream, love it.

The solid state drive makes start-up or re-boot immediate. The I-7 processor is extremely fast. I use the HDMI-2 output to drive a Samsung 40" HDTV (used as a monitor) which allows me to use the computer with my impaired vision and to have good quality sound output.

I think it is very fast but I don't like Microsoft 10 which is preloaded. The Windows 7 was much easier to navigate through. I have using the Windows 10 for 4 months now and still don't like it. The computer suits my needs very well (I am a part-time student).

Upgraded to this computer due to phasing out of old operating system. Worried that I would not like Windows 10, but so far it has been easy to use despite being different. Computer was easy to set up and has worked perfectly from the start.

This was a great replacement for my parent's old desktop. It is great for web browser, emailing, word processing and the occasional gaming. Great little CPU... especially for the prices. Having the combo SSD and hard drive was an added bonus.

I've owned my old laptop for more than 7 years and I needed an upgrade so I went with a desktop computer. This computer runs fast and does not lag when using multiple applications. I got it at a discount so the price was pretty good too.
