Good computer for home office

Not completely satisfied with experience.

Only problem is I spent big money to get computer and then had to purchase additional software to use it. Did not include Office software which is what is needed to use the item in my application. Like buying a car and having it delivered to my driveway. Then the first time I go out to use it, i find I have to go purchase tires in order to go anywhere.

Nice computer, flimsy DVD reader

The sideways DVD reader/burner is difficult to use because the DVD has to be perfectly positions and snapped in to avoid having the CD/DVD fall out on the vertical plane. It looks cool, but would be more functional mounted in the standard orientation. Lots of RAM to run high end programs.
