I wasn't expecting windows 10 to be so greatly different from windows 8, but it was. I don't like the new format, but I guess I don't have much choice. I like the old icons, not the new. Progress isn't always the best for everyone. I like the old stuff. There are some program that work better with IE, not the new version. I do like Cortana!

Computer was bought to replace a very old computer. It was fairly easy to set up, directions were easy to follow. It was priced reasonably, & was on sale, in addition, when the purchase was made. After several months of using this computer, I am very pleased with it & am glad that I made the decision to buy this model.

Ordered through Best Buy and had the Geek Squad transfer the data from my old computer to this one and also had them install it in my home office. I use it primarily for business but also numerous social purposes. I originally was considering the 2 TB version without solid state but I'm glad I got this one. It is super fast.

Very fast startup with the SSD drive. The second 1 terrabyte drive is more than adequate for my needs. I am not a gamer, but I find the graphics to be very good. The supplied wireless keyboard and mouse are adequate. But, I will probably go for an upgrade.This serves the needs of my home office very well.

Day 2 computer frozen by Zeus virus - ransom ware demanding money to fix. Knew about scam and called them on it. Person hung up fast - but left computer frozen. Took it back and Geek Squad washed hard drive and put back factory settings. All has been great ever since. Kudos to Geek Squad!

I purchased this HP ENVOY computer and really like it so far. It is much faster and seems easier to learn than people told me it would be since it has WINDOWS 10. I am well pleased with this purchase. I also purchased the GEEK SQUAD with it and am very pleased that I did that also.

My IT consultant recommended specific parameters for a new computer. Searched those parameters and found the HP Envy. Reviewed on line and at bestbuy.com. Best price as was at Best Buys. So far, all is good; it's fast, at least 10X faster than my older HP. I'm satisfied.

After looking at the options for desktops I settled on this one. And I'm glad I did.

I puchased this PC more than a month ago when it just appeared at Best Buy. The machine starts in seconds since it has the operation system on the solid stae drive, which is expected and the reason I bought it. The configration is also what I wanted. I am happy with it.

This is an excellent high end PC! Very fast! If I had the choice I would have got the 256 Solid State instead of the 128. Only complaints is where they put the USB and CARD slots .... on the top on an angle facing back!! Hard to use!! CD/DVD player id flimsy!

LOVE THE INSTANT BOOT. MY LAST COMPUTER IT TOOK ABOUT FIVE AND THAT'S BEING GENEROUS MINUTES TO BOOT UP. I GAVE IT FOUR STARS BECAUSE USING THE DVD WRITER IS A SCARY EXPERIENCE. SEEMS A LITTLE UNSTEADY. STILL EVERYTHING ELSE SEEMS OK.

I purchased this computer for an employee that does a lot of graphics and web design. She's a very experienced computer user and she's extremely happy with the system. She says it's one of the best shes used at any job to date.

I was looking for a computer with a lot of memory and speed. I've already had to buy more memory and is very slow. Slower than my 8 year old HP computer that crashed.

I looked at several PC's before buying my HP Envy 750-424 desktop. HP has the best support. Last pc was an ASUS and their support is horrible! I love the solid state drive because it makes the computer run so much faster.
