Have bought many HP products in the past from Best buy and I have had very few complaints which were corrected swiftly and efficiently. Still learning all the new bells and whistles and am enjoying the unit.

For a top of the line computer I expected a decent keyboard at the least. I've purchased about (7) computers over the last 20 years and this is the worst keyboard ever. Happy with the computer though.

I knew I wanted a desktop that could handle my photography and video editing programs. Plenty of power with this model to do the job. If I had one criticism, it would be the placement of the topside USB ports.They are a not visible from the front at all... so with the computer under a desk, I have to pull the computer out to find them. I solved this by adding a USB hub. Also, the memory card reader does not take a compact flash card which is the primary card in my camera.... fortunately, I already had an adapter. Nice to have the USB 3.0 ports... and one USB-C.

Bought this for black friday and got a lovely deal for an i7 computer which I plan to upgrade some of the specs to make it even better. But the computer by itself without upgrading it works wonders

Got it on 12-07-16 it is very fast,i don't wait very long if any time to get going.Hope it stays that way.I do recommend it .They just droped the price $150.00,looking forward to my price match.

Computer is great, fast. My computer is in a cabinet and the location of the USB ports is awkward. I had read this on a review so knew what I was getting into, but it's still annoying.

They were smart enough to put the Recovery System on the "disk drive". The SSD drive makes this a very fast machine.. The only negative I have experienced is a very poor keyboard.

I bought this computer because I was having trouble loading my large excel files. This computer breezes through them and is everything I could have asked for and more!

Works quickly. No problems so far. Like that it has multiple hdmi ports for dual monitors

Since we bought, opened and enjoyed this desktop I have been impressed. Put of the box it has done nothing but impress us. It has been truly a great buy at BestBuy.

This computer starts up quickly, which is nice. I would say there is enough memory for most users. I'm not a gamer, so I can't speak to that specifically.

Super fast at starting up and installing new accounting software for school. Really happy with this computer including watching Netflix movies on it.

No complaints, amazing speed, but I do not understand why you demand 50 characters, or more, in your review. That is a bit pushy, don't you think?

Great computer for the not so computer literate person. Starts up quickly has all the basic features and functions and remains easy to use.

needed to upgrade my 8 year old tower, had a idea on what i was looking for. talked to best buy sales person, had a good price now it's home

Very happy with boot up speed. It reminds me of my MacBook Pro with fast startup. Very easy to get used to with smooth operation.

I switched from an all-in-one since I've had 2 screens go bad. This computer is fast and working well. Great value for the price.

My main driving force to make this purchase, 3/27/17, was the PC specs starting with The 128GB Solid State Drive (more reliable & main OS / programs drive), followed by Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory + 1TB Hard Drive (replaced with my 3 TB drive with ALL my data on this drive for security. Received Best Promotion for 3 year Geek Squad® Protect & Support which I purchased (excellent)! Overall performance to date is excellent! Purchase price of $749.99 Vs $899.99 was the deciding factor to buy.

1 week in and I'm loving it. Of course I upgraded from a 6 year old laptop. The ssd is nice. More stars for more ssd gigs

SS Hard drive allows quick start and is very responsive. Excellent computer for those who do not want a gaming computer.
