Worst computer ever
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this computer and received it on 1/03/17 right out of the box there was problems. I had to call HP tech support they did remote access to my computer because it could not read the cd I put in it to install my software. After 1.5 hr on the phone the tech tells me to take off the side panel to see if the cable was attached to the cd drive. Sure enough it wasn't plugged in, I plugged it in it wasn't a tight fit just barely in if u moved the machine it would come out. Finally got it to work installed everything I needed on my computer. next morning turned it on and all froze up. Called HP again this time they told me to return it as this was just a fluke with hardware and software problems, and the next one would be perfect. Ha! I returned it got a new one same model took it home on 1/05/17 this time cd drive worked. Installed everything I needed and then there was problems with the windows mail app this time called Microsoft and after 2 hours of them having remote access to my computer they tell me there was a Windows corruption and to return the machine and to avoid this model. Ugh! So this time when I returned I upgraded to an HP Omen it arrived on 1/10/17 right out of the box it could not read the cd just like the first one called HP tech support they did remote access and discovered their was no optical drive and they told me to return the computer back to HP. I figured if I paid 600$ more for the Omen I would get a better computer oh so wrong! I am forever done with HP their quality control is horrible bad enough to have one computer bad out of the box but three in a row that tells me a lot...to avoid this company!
