HP Is Slipping

I knew from previous reviews there were criticisms of the media player. But I didn't realize just how flimsy & awkward it truly is. (My Best Buy didn't have one on display.) The keyboard is a total joke. No one over the age of 12 will be comfortable using it because it is so tiny. I retrieved a keyboard I had in storage from an old HP Media Center PC to use instead. Doesn't take long for the SSD to fill up with programs. Could/should be larger. Plus, it apparently wants to store certain administrator data files there by default -- not good. Have to buy an adapter in order to use a VGA monitor since there's only HDMI inputs. Little too soon for HP to phase out VGA inputs. Kinda disappointed in HP.

What I was Looking for

Went out and did my research and found the one that I wanted at the store that I wanted to buy it at. Service was great and I got what I wanted. It was a win win for me!

PC Good Wireless Keyboard Not So Much

Sent to HP and returned with unable to replicate comment. Had to argue with customer service. The Pc was under warranty but HP wanted me to pay for shipping when sent in for evaluation & repair
