    Can not keep it operational. The HP smart continually has issues. However the instantink is prompt in charging and delivering your ink.

    I am not impressed with the printer. fails consistently, Just annoying to deal with. The email print option doesn't seem to work. The membership ink option I think I find most frustrating finding the correct one. If you go with a bigger printing package then down grade you all your accoumilated overflow prints.

    The worst printer ever, could not get it connected., and when I finally did it kept disconnecting. I finally called Geek Squad for help. He said to watch the video, I said no because that is why I called. He could not get it re-connected either as he was watching the video. This was the worst experience ever with a printer and Geek Squad. I will be returning the printer and hope I get some kind of credit. I have already purchased another printer which I will be picking up on the 17th.
