Very hot when processing. WiFi issues not resolved by Geek Sq as of 3.19. Has been in for service 4 times including today. If not resolved asking for a replacement. Lightweight. Backlight nice. Storage is adequate for my needs.

I've owned many Hp's, I trust the brand. They've all been over 15 in. laptops. I wanted a more portable one for when we go out of town. This 13.3 in. is perfect. Keyboard isn't as cramped as I thought, backlighting is very helpful. Responsive and clear, crisp screen is again just what makes HP keep me coming back. I kept forgetting about the touch screen as this is my first one, but I'm getting used to using it. What a time saver. Everything about it is wonderful and I'm so glad I chose HP again.

First 2-in-1 laptop, not disappointed with this purchase. Watched Austin Evan's review on YouTube, 'The Laptop I Hate To Love...', and kept it in mind while browsing, the more I looked around the more it became clear I'd go with this Ryzen 5 version. Price point is great and performance is everything you'd need from a small and thin device. I use it for QuickBooks Desktop, crypto trading, and light RPG gaming on Steam.

This computer is fantastic!! If you are looking for something to handle everyday things, at a low price - this is the one for you. It's powerful enough, light and compact. The ability to flip, and move the screen to use as a tablet is fantastic! The computer handles the use of the Adobe Creative Suite well (e.g. Illustrator/Indesign/Photoshop) - it just struggles a little bit when multi-tasking between the applications.

This is a reliable laptop for the budget conscious student. It takes drops relatively well. The touch screen and keypad are great and it is light enough to carry around easily.

Cheap, thin plastic melts and breaks

This laptop is constructed with low quality, thin plastic and poor application of adhesives. My
Less than a year into owning the HP Envy x360 2-in-1, the screen had come detached from the plastic housing in the top corner.
**HP refused to service the device, stating it was "general wear and tear"**
Not long after HP had denied my warranty service request, the touch response stopped working completely. This was not a software issue, but caused by exposure of the fragile touchscreen.
Despite beginning the RMA process on the phone, HP did not respond to the ticket. Ever. Leaving me with a 2-in-1 that's only a 1-in-1. That didn't last long however, as of today my laptop is unusable. The plastic that the hinge is screwed into, behind the display, broke off. The hinge damaged something behind the screen, as it went completely black and would not turn on. Disassembly revealed the second hinge had done the same, but on the screws attaching to the bottom of the device.
**This product is severely flawed with cheap materials and poor craftsmanship that can result in significant damage.**
The HP Envy x360 was an appealing option for online classwork thanks to it's low price and student discount. but it's not budget-friendly if you need a new one in 14 months.
**Additional flaws**
- rubber strips on the bottom started falling off almost immediately, adhering them back on was tedious and temporary.
- Gets extremely hot if plugged in while hibernation
- Excess heat warped the thin plastic body that it was not flush when closed.
- Tip of HP Pen broke off, spares necessary

This product is very nick looking. The screen looked great. Battery life is okay. The keys are nice to type on. Speakers are pretty decent. I would recommend spending more money to get better ram and storage. The laptop has trouble multitasking sometime and the fans will kick on and make some noise. Overall this laptop is pretty good. If you just writing papers for school or watching YouTube videos then this laptop is more than capable. The only thing I really can’t stand about this device is the power button, it’s a weird shape and makes it hard to find without looking at the side of the laptop.

Since I got this laptop it has worked great! I got it to do schoolwork and it has not given me any software issues. But, after three years (I bought it in 2018), the screen is developing a yellow hue. I am going to be getting it fixed because I do not feel a need to buy a whole new laptop when this one is still performing as it did when I first bought it. Updates are still coming in and being installed with no issues. It is really fast and does what I need it to do. I will just get the screen fixed or they will probably just replace it. I think it will last for a few more years and I am happy with that. The newer models are tempting to buy and I am sure they will last as this one has, but this one will suffice until I am ready to get a new one.

I wish someone had told me HP crashes a lot and updates so unnecessarily much. My main issue with the laptop is that the wifi adapter constantly disconnects me from any wifi that I'm logged into. I used my insurance to get it fixed and it still does this. Other than that, it is super lightweight, keyboard is good for late nights, and the screen is crisp and clear.

Overall is a great laptop for a college student on a budget. Got it at $549 awhile back. Lightweight, holds a good amount of battery. Did have a problem with the wifi sometimes going out randomly. Sent it to HP to get it fixed. Took like 10 days and got it back. Works no with no problem. Make sure to send before 1 year warranty ends.

I love the size, super fast, light weight, keys light up and speakers loud enough. I love it. I bit lound when is on for while and the fans turn on but its not bad at all compared to my previous HP. Also battery life is really good. Use this for business and also at home when cooking ( i turn this into a tablet mode and watch my shows while in the kitchen.) great picture.

Well built and decent hardware for moderate use. I use this on the go and have a better more powerful laptop. But this laptop at this price is really good I can use autocad saap 2000 and similar rivit applications even I can play league and Dota. Only down side is thermo if I use the apps for long like 20-30 mins of intensive use it heats up throttles

I opted for an AMD processor this time as I heard they are doing well. And boy were they right. This thing is fast and great for the price. Pound for pound AMD is the better buy.
