The HP envy 360 is all around a great device. Fast start up easy secure login, using your pin or password. The touchscreen is a real game changer, the tablet mode is great!

I was looking for a laptop for my business and while many were choosing to go with a more expensive surface pro I chose this HP Envy and have not been disappointed

I’m not technologically sound. But this laptop is a beauty. I love pulling it out of my backpack. I’m still learning to operate it. I have had no problems so far

The laptop runs smooth, and is very versatile and applicable when it comes to school and any other type of work. I wouldn’t recommend it for gaming though, and it is kind of fragile. Other than that the laptop is really good, I highly recommend it for high school students.

All considered, this is a very nice laptop. There are definitely design issues that I don't understand, but it is a quality computer.
Finish: You can tell this is designed as a premium laptop. The metal has a plesant and cool feel, and it doesn't attract fingerprints much. The speaker holes are drilled through the body in an appealing pattern.
Sound: Speaking of speakers, these are good for how thin the laptop is. That being said, they are definitely tinny. You don't get much at all in the way of bass, but they are servicable for watching videos on YouTube. You aren't getting a full theater experience with this laptop, but that likely isn't the reason for buying it.
Screen: The screen is nice and sharp. You have full HD (1920x1080) resolution, which looks good on a 13" display. Depending on the website you're looking at, you may see some blurring of the letters, or they may just appear larger and fuzzier than you'd expect, but this is no reason to dock the computer. Using word-processing software looks as crisp as I expected. Watching videos is fantastic, as there is no noticable dimming on the edges (only slight depending on perspective/angle of viewing). The screen is very reflective, however, so be prepared to position yourself to avoid glare.
Connections: You have a power-cable port, micro-SD card slot, 2 USB 3.0 ports (marked with SS), a USB-C port, and a headset (in/out, 1/8th inch audio) jack. My understanding is that you can charge the computer with the USB-C, though there seems to be some digging through settings in order to enable this which I'm not inclined to do. This is my first issue with this computer. You don't have any external display ports.
Keyboard: I'm not a big fan of how this keyboard feels. The keys don't move very far (understandable with how thin this thing is), so you have a fairly dead typing experience. I'm accustomed to using mechanical keyboards, so this is quite a change. However, my other laptop is a GPD Pocket (very small, but deeper) which feels more responsive while I'm typing. I prefer the normal keyboard layout that you have with the Envy, but would just prefer that the keyboard feel a bit more premium. The back-lighting is nice.
Design Considerations: There are only a couple of design considerations that I think could make this computer better. The screen has a bezel at the top of about .5", which accommodates two cameras and light sensors (allowing for face recognition unlocking). This is nice. It is a little narrower on the sides. The bezel on the bottom, however, is over 1" of reflective black surface. This is just dead space. No screen, no speakers. It gives you a possible place to hold when you've flipped the computer into a tablet, but that isn't really necessary and I think this real-estate could be better used.
Another consideration when flipping into a tablet or tent position (as I know some people do this to watch videos while working on another machine. When you position it in either of these ways, the speakers are on the back or facing away from you. I haven't pulled the computer a part to look inside, but it seems the speakers could have been put into the dead space below the screen so that they are facing you in any position.
TLDR: Very premium feeling. I wish the keyboard had a little more travel to they keys, a video-output would be nice, and the speakers could be better positioned. Otherwise, this is a great machine.
One last note to consider: I wouldn't use this computer on a leather or padded surface. The fan draws through the bottom and can be easily blocked in these situations, given the lack of obvious feet (there is a tactile strip to lift it slightly, but just slightly). If this is blocked, the computer can get hot rather quickly.

I purchased this laptop brand new and after about a month I started having issues. It started to heat up quickly and the wifi would not work. It would connect to the wifi, but then it would disconnect shortly after and now even show available wifi connections. I tried everything I could from troubleshooting to resetting the computer and router and nothing worked. I would not recommend this computer to anyone and I could not even return it for my money back because it was after the very short return policy.

HP x360 Envy 13 inch/ Pre-installed Malware

The laptop itself is great & looks beautiful. However, I had to return the laptop after I had found out that HP pre-installed malware on this Brand New laptop. Due to connectivity issues with the HP Envy, i had both HP & Best Buys "Geek Squad" run tests on it. Since my 6 other devices had no connectivity issues including my wife's brand new Lenovo 730 laptop, I knew our wi- fi was good. I was informed by Geek Squad that Malware had been pre-installed from HP. I soon found out HP has been pre-installing malware & Keylogger stuff onto many of their lines of computers. So this is not obviously an isolated incident. Too bad because the build quality looked great. Its just another way for a big company to charge for repairs down the road.

I bought this laptop in August and it worked fine for a couple weeks, then, around the last week of September it kept turning my wifi off at random times which is kind of annoying when you are trying to do a project for class.

I haven't been gaming, so as far as graphics not sure. But it runs pretty smooth. The volume is awesome, my favorite part it actually. Sounds way better than my last laptop which was a surface pro 4.
Super light portable great for college students I would say.

I've had this laptop for almost 3 months. I bought it for school so its very important for me to have a dependable laptop. I love the compact size and the overall aesthetic. Very beautiful and well built. I do however have one huge problem, the WiFi keeps disconecting and it has several issues reconnecting. I know it's not my WiFi because I have tested it on other devices. I wish to return this laptop hoping its just this specific one that has reoccuring connection problems.
