I purchased this computer in 2018 and it is pretty much used to order takeout or update my resume, no hard core use. In that time period I had to factory reset it 3 times for a number or reasons including it not booting and keyboard & touchpad failure. This current time I have run all of the diagnostics and everything has passed, reset it twice and it hasn’t come back to life. HP support is only 1 year, so they won’t do anything about it. Would not recommend product or brand.

This is a great laptop, all with touchscreen, backlit keyboard, built-in graphics card, 250 GB SSD, and decent speakers. I got mine open box but it kept disconnecting from WiFi. Still looking into it but it looks like a Windows 10 issue.

It kicks me off public networks and malfunctions often but apart from that, touch screen comes in handy. It is extremely light and portable

I returned this device after using it for a day. It’s nice and sleek. However, WiFi was glitchy and resolution was not the greatest

Great laptop that could be better. The issue is HP hasn't released an updated Graphics driver and no driver works from AMDs website. A lot of games won't play due to this.

This was a replacement laptop and I did a lot of research online. Buy Best had a great sale price on it and I couldn't be happier with the purchase!

Love this little guy. I use it mainly for my 3d printer designs and my vinyl cutter. Never gets too hot and battery life is amazing. Works very well with photoshop and Illustrator
