Versatile, Lightweight, and Stylish. Was looking for laptop that could do it all for not a lot of money and this one is perfect.

Works very well. Replaced an older laptop and what a difference. Still getting used to the touchscreen. No complaints.

I got this laptop for my girlfriend for school. I figured because it's for school work, she didn't need an i5, but honestly I can tell quite a difference. Multitasking and simple program execution lags behind compared to my i5 systems. But it does what it needs to. For the money, I don't know if I would recommend.

It's fast, love the touch screen and is a GREAT replacement for my old computer.

Works well. Takes a long time to boot up compared to the smaller Vizio I replaced it with. Very inconvenient place for on/off switch, for me. I preferred the switch on the keyboard surface.

I really like this computer. At first I was questioning the AMD FX hard drive vs the Intel 5 or 8, but this computer has lived up to everything I read online. Not only is it half the price of a smaller Apple it also had a 1 TB hard drive vs 164G on Apple. Speakers are awesome on this thing too.

I would have given this laptop 5 stars if the first one I had didn't have problems. I couldn't install Microsoft Office without help from Microsoft support, after which a Brother 4 in 1 printer couldn't be installed. At the advice of the Geek Squad, I exchanged the laptop for another one (the same model, with the AMD processor) and exchanged the printer for a HP printer, and started from scratch. There were no problems at all the second time around. This laptop works great and I am enjoying using it. The Bang & Olufsen speakers sound good and it is a plus that the sound is adjustable. Just an observation that the size of the keyboard may not be for everyone. It was condensed in size slightly to make room for a larger mouse pad. I find it more comfortable but a person with larger hands may not. I haven't used it as a tablet much, so I can't comment on that part. And it comes with the new Windows "Ink" software. which can be handy. It's speed is fast enough for my purpose. On the whole, you get a lot of computer for the money.

Good system overall. Lightweight and easy to manage. Only real flaw would be the touch pad as that is a bit tricky so I would suggest getting a mouse.

I was asked to buy a computer for a friend. And when I saw this computer I fell in love with it. I almost go guy one for myself. Super fast and the high resolution screen is a delight. Setup was a breeze and he couldn’t be happier with my decision.

Great support around the product. My harddrive stopped working and these guys at Geek squad were great. Other than that the AMD processor works miracles. I would rather have this laptop than any other more expensive laptop. I made a great choice.

I love HP and have had nothing great experiences with them. This laptop is very sleek and the grey is beautiful. It is a little on the heavier side since it's all metal, but I don't mind. I know some were concerned about the AMD processor, but an occasional "huff/puff" doesn't bother me. I too had the issue of a black screen after logging in, but after I did the update the laptop runs just fine. The update won't pop up on its own. You'll need to go under settings and manually click the update button. I have only had it for about a month but I love it so far. I had my past laptop for about 6 years so this is a much needed upgrade.

This laptop has surpassed all expectations. It is fast, works great and has everything that I need in a basic laptop.

This laptop is great. I've had it for almost a month, and the comparison to my old laptop has made me realize how much quicker I am getting work done. I am a frequent multi-tasker, this performs beautifully for that. I went in thinking I would buy a cheaper laptop, but this feels so much better built. Backlighted keyboard, cap lock light, number pad, and it's fast. Only wish it had one more USB port and I had to disable several preinstalled apps I have no use for. I'd definitely buy this again.

This laptop has performed perfectly. It's fast and stable. The keyboard has a great feel with good key placement (I'm picky if keys are difficult to hit and slow down typing). Overall very happy so far.

I found this laptop less user friendly than some I've had, but there are features I've grown to love and for the price it can't be beat. Plus the 1T storage is awesome for storing pictures and videos.
