I have been very pleased with my purchase. I use the laptop for bill paying, entertainment, web searches, Skype. It is solid. Good video quality, sound, battery life, speed. The only con is it is a bit slow to start from sleep mode. I would recommend this laptop to shoppers.

I bought this laptop for my 15 yo daughter who has used it every day for the past month. She has been using the unit in tablet mode quite a bit with no issues. Streaming video works well. Speed of the processor is antiquate for video viewing / web browsing / typical word processing and spreadsheet work.Good laptop for the price.

I looked at many computers to replace my old laptop. I've had good luck with HP in the past and decided to go with them again. I kept tossing back and forth the 12-13" screens vs 15" screen and kept with the 15" since my eyes aren't as good as they used to be. I also decided to go with the AMD chip set. I couldn't justify the extra cost for the marginal processor performance. Windows Ink is a nice touch. I purchased a Bamboo pen as well and it works very well. I like the ability to draw and on anything and my kids love drawing their pictures and printing them off.

I was looking for a nice laptop to purchase. I found it at Best Buy. I also purchased the Geek Squad package. I'm glad I did. As an "older adult" I hadn't used a computer of any type for more than 20 years. I just wish they would put instructions in the packages. I think that's why more older adults don't purchase them.

I love my new laptop. The features on it are awesome and the price was just right!!! It is a great deal!! I love the touch screen and that I can turn it into a big tablet if needed.

everything great just prepare to install a clean version of Windows 10... the one that came with it is awful, just so many thing from hp that that release is so slow, and non of the drivers for the touchscreen was installed, have to do it manually also the chipset wasn't installed

I have only used it for a couple of days but it seems to be running fine. I didn't realize it was an AMD chip until I got it home and opened it. I have not had very good long term success with AMD chips.

This computer was bought as a gift. The graphic card and prosessor were exactly what I was looking for. Only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because all new laptop do not come with a CD drive

We purchased this laptop for my child to use as they have began their freshman year in college. He has really enjoyed the ease of the use of this system and has had no issues. A really solid system.

This laptop is perfect and I love how it can flip to a tablet. It is fast and does everything I need. You cannot best it for the price. I would highly recommend!

I’m enjoying this laptop. This is the second one, the first one had problems, a week after purchase, the mouse kept moving around on its own. The Geek Squad recommend I exchange it and I did and no troubles with this one. I am pleased with my purchase.

I have had nothing but problems with the wireless service. It constantly disconnects from my wireless connection causing me to have to reconnect multiple times within one hour. I have worked with the Geek Squad 4 times and getting ready to contact them again. The computer works fine as long as the ethernet is connected but that isn't what I want. Right now I'm so frustrated after spending this much money that I'm having these issues.
