I was messing with the software, trying to uninstall bloatware and accidentally corrupted windows by deleting an unfinished update. I love this thing though! Defiantly get an ssd into it, but after that this machine is perfect for my use cases!

Great touch screen pc but limited to how much ram you can upgrade it to. Bought a stylus for the laptop but haven't used it much. Would be great if it was bundled with some kind of drawing apps.

My previous laptop broke down right before new semester start, so I grabbed this laptop in a hurry. At first, was not very pleased due to slow booting time and camera. But for work well for school and design is great.

I've really been enjoying the functionality of the HP Envy 360 laptop. The touchscreen is very responsive. I also got the Wacom Ink pen and I use it frequently together for graphics design and drawing in general. The only thing I would change if I could, I'd have spent a little more and gotten the Intel based Envy. The AMD Ryzen is fast enough, but at times I can be a power user. Otherwise, it's been awesome.

I am happy with the purchase of this laptop. It is practical for work and very light/easy to transport. The touch screen works wonderfully. No issues so far... Not spectacular but definitely good for what I use it for.

Got a great laptop at a great price. Has all the speed and space I need for a laptop.

Laptop purchased for my daughter, who primarily uses it for digital art. Good computer, good processor speed. Virtually impossible to research this laptop because HP has put out multiple configurations with multiple model numbers, probably depending on store laptop is purchased from. Took a chance on if it was suitable for digital art. Very vague info. regarding that, only thing you could find was that it worked with Windows Ink - yeah.. every touch screen does that. As I said researching was a pain, so I took a star off for that. Little to no documentation on HP website. You can't even be certain you are looking at the correct laptop. That's pretty poor customer service when your spending that kind of money

CPU works great. Light weight sleek and professional looking. Very fast.

The laptop performs well. However we have been having some issues with the security with this device. Will be taking it to the Geek Squad to assist. Geek Squad is top notch in my area.

Overall its a good laptop but it does get annoying when the screen glitches on you from time to time for no reason, however the touch screen and 2-in-1 component still works great.

I like the computer, and the touch screen works well. My only complaint is that it has trouble running the Sims3, I have many expansions and was told it could handle them.

This computer is great for the price. Decent specs and looks beautiful.

I've had so many computers since 1983, this one is average. I bought it because it was in my price range and it so far is just fine. Some of the minor issues are really the new operating system and having a separate mouse has helped the touch pad issues. Also I did not realize that having the numeric keyboard would cause me the small problems of always having my fingers on the wrong keys as I am now typing shifted completely off center to the left. It's fine for what I need but if you are looking for a better resolution then get your wallet out please.

It goes every where in the house with me! I love the fact that it is a touch screen. I can go straight to the spot that I need to correct. Still learning new stuff about it. So fun and useful.

Overall a great laptop but my only issue is the battery life wasn’t great. Also it got really loud but it wasn’t too much of a problem for me

I'v had this laptop for a little over 2 years. It still works great. The only thing I can complain about is the battery. after 2 years, the battery will, occasionally, drain itself when the laptop is off. Aside from that, it works great, finds printers in different places, and last a long time.

So far so go. It’s really fast and is a good looking laptop.
