The paper storage is closed and hard to see when it is low. Other than that, it is very nice looking and performs well.

This Ryzen notebook has promise but it is ultimately let down by a subpar screen, poor battery life (4 hours), and a cripplingly slow main drive. If you are dead set on ryzen i urge you to consider the competing intel plus nvidia mx150 options at similar prices. Positives: Dual channel ram, impressive cpu performance, upgradeable Negatives: screen brightness, battery life, weight

HP envy is easy to use and light weight. I like the touch screen feature.

This is a wonderful laptop and I've highly enjoyed having it, except for the fact that I've had it all of 2 weeks and the left speaker keeps popping and crackling, sometimes cutting out completely. I looked into it and it seems to be an issue with the Bang & Olufsen set-up not being super compatible with Windows 10. If you're cool with crackly speakers go for it, but as someone who uses her laptop for games and needs consistent sound, not my favorite.

The Best Buy crew recommended this machine, and - so far - I've not been disappointed. Set-up was easy (diy) and everything is working as promised. Crisp display and much more refined than the older model. So far so good...!

I have had the computer for a few weeks now. It seems to be working well. Initial set up took a while and the computer moved slow, but once that was taking care of everything seem to work as anticipated. The touch screen is new to me, so I can’t really comment on that. The only real drawback is that it only has one USB port. I did get an expander for 14 bucks, which took care of the problem. Otherwise it worked as anticipated

I have had my laptop for a couple of weeks and it has not impressed me much thus far. The display is good, but that's about it. The battery does quickly, the computer has locked up a few times, and it has been easier printing on an HP printer wirelessly from my Note 8 than from the HP laptop. Average, if that, at best. This HP product is not a winner.

Even though i thought I wanted a different product this was the only one i could find at Best Buy that had the separate number keypad on the right. Its a great laptop and i am very pleased with the speed and comfort to use.

Love my new computer-easy to use and set up-just wish I was able to lock the mouse pad on the computer because I use a wireless mouse and sometimes hit the mouse pad on the laptop and click on something I didn't want to

This is my first laptop. Very easy to use and quick to startup after you turn it on. Touch screen is very responsive. Speakers sound very nice while playing music. Battery life between charges seems good so far.

great little machine Ryzen cpu and Vega 8 graphics surprised me able to play most every game

The flip screen feature is amazing making this laptop part laptop part tablet. Great for long hours of sitting in class I can be anywhere. I've had it about a month no troubles yet. I do love that the keyboard has a 10 key. I'm still getting used to a lot of the features.
