Bought this for my daughter and she has loved this from the moment . Its fast, touch screen and light in weight, she can carry it around from class to class.

I am enjoying the new laptop I purchased. It is so user-friendly, and I love the keyboard that is attached. The graphics and sound are out of this world. Love it.

Laptop works great. Everything is functional on the laptop. However, this was a floor model laptop and it still had the retail demo software running. It was also locked for personalization even after removing the software. There were several steps that had to be taken and programs downloaded that allowed me to use this as a private personal computer. I feel like geek squad should have wiped this computer back to consumer settings before selling. It is an overall great computer and would still buy open box in the future.

I purchased this laptop maybe 2 months ago. Initially i was a bit disappointed at how loud the fan was but it really only turned on during initial startup. It does turn on every now and then but shuts off after a couple of seconds. Another down side is the screen. It appears that any angle above maybe 120 degrees makes the screen fall flatter. These are just minor nuances in my part, but i feel its a great laptop for a good price.

Great laptop! Beautiful screen resolution. Love the versatility of the touch screen and foldable screen. And the built in speakers are very nice.

This computer is fast! and the key board is very comfortable to use. Streaming videos and doing graphics on this machine is great! I love it!

Bought this computer planning to upgrade with another 8 Gig of Ram and a larger 500Gig SSD. The 256GIG SSD the computer came with is in the NVME format which is long and flat like a stick of gum. Although there is room for a conventional SSD, there is no caddy or cable available for purchase from HP at this time. I was careful to get the memory that matched the existing stick as cautioned by other reviewers and it has worked perfectly. Love the speed and capacity of this upgraded laptop.

Have had it 6 months, well made, holds up to the daily travel to and from school. Runs programs quickly. No issues.

I bought this laptop a week or so ago, but prior to that I had gotten the dell R5 version and the R5 version of this one, no of them really gave me a sense of value, due to poorer battery life. I know the battery life says 11.5 hours its no where near that but, you have to understand that this is still new tech and needs some better optimizing. Hopefully AMD puts out a driver or two to improve efficiency but I am not holding my breath. HP needs to offer larger BATTERY OPTION.

This computer meets every need I have as far as storage and built in apps, I love the touch screen :)
