This is a secondary computer so used primarily for reading news in a tent position with a bt mouse, and web browsing. Screen could be a little brighter and battery could hold a charge longer but minor for my purposes. There are some screen adjustments using raedon setting. Once unpacked, be sure to use hp support for updating bios, driver, etc. VERY nice feature.

I bought this for my mom since she needed a new laptop and I am impressed, this is the best bang for your buck. You are getting great performance for a fraction of the Intel price. It was a great gift for her and I benefited because I used the AMD promo to get 3 free games so this laptop is a win/win in my book!

I bought 2 of these laptops and had nothing but problems the entire time. We really looked forward to using and loving these but the technical issues were too big to look past. One laptop never connected to wifi, there was some kind of issue with the built in wireless network adapter. The other one didn't have the wifi issue, but the screen would blackout when playing from Youtube. Both laptops would get incredibly hot, whether we were using them or not. They are also very loud. Aside from these things, they probably would've been the perfect laptops: beautiful screen, super fast, good battery, super sleek. However, having these issues straight out of the box, I can only imagine how much worse it could get down the line. Seems like HP put more energy into the looks of the computer than they did the technological malfunctions.

My new hp envy laptop is great. Sooo easy to set up and start using.

I bought this laptop because it has a large memory and will work well with my family tree program. So far I've been very impressed with this product. I use a hot spot for internet and when I set it up the first time I was very impressed with how fast it set up. Great for my pictures also which is very important to me.

I am overly impressed with the laptop, i added 8 more gigs to the ram and plan to swap to a larger ssd. my only issue is the audio is glitchy and updates have not resolved the issue. it will go from a decent volume to so low you cant hear anything back to loud. thois especially happens on youtube and chrome.

Maybe a little larger than I needed but it is very light.

Since I have had this computer I have not had any problems. My only annoyance with it is the windows updates a couple times a month but I feel like that is with every computer these days! Love the back-lit keyboard, and big screen! I wan nervous about the 360 component but it was designed well to flex and bend without worry.

Put a lot of thought into finding a new laptop. The people at Best Buy were very patient since I had been browsing for a few weeks...and helped me narrow it down to this laptop. The start up speed is amazing and I'm very much enjoying the 2-in-1 aspect of this laptop when it comes to working design and art programs. Very happy with my purchase.
