Other than being a little flimsy and I feel like the hinges are gonna break every time I fold it to a notebook it's great. Great speakers, Backlight works well. Setup was easy. Overall a good Labtop so far.

Had to have without question side number pad and backlit keyboard. This is the laptop. The keyboard functions as well as a normal pc and my fingers aren't scrunched up in funky positions causing typos.

I’ll just start off by saying the laptop was beautiful. The screen was great, the feel and finish of the laptop felt sturdy and great purchase for a college student like me. However, it was not a powerful laptop. Maybe I just got a lemon but just watching Netflix was slow and difficult. It got really hot really fast. I used it on my desk too. The fan got loud and ultimately I decided after a few days of using it just wasn’t the laptop I wanted.

Needed a new laptop for work. This one looks great. I use it to power three monitors and it handles that well. I love the 10-key on the keyboard. It is a little heavy and slippery, but overall it is fantastic!

Used this laptop to reprogram the computer on my truck and now have just over 700hp. Pretty sure the fun provided by this upgrade helped me give a bonus star lol

Great computer and great price. It does everything I need it to do plus more. I love Best Buy. The people are friendly and they back their products. Geek Squad is there when you need them! I recommend.

The keyboard is nice. The laptop tends to overheat a lot and freezes the screen. Other than that, the computer runs great.

Great laptop, would recommend to any college students looking for a great daily laptop that can handle a heavy workload. No complaints to be made in general.

This laptop is awesome! The Ryzen 7 is so much fast then the 8th gen i7 I had, this laptop is sleek and fast and furious. I highly recommend!!!!

Brought it home in the box and gave it as a graduation gift. Never would have bought it had I known it was that darn heavy!

Computer flips to a tablet and once you indicate you wish to use tablet it protects keys. I like to read my e books on the tablet as there is much text on 1 screen and I can read faster

The best computer for watching p*** I just love it it has great picture doesn't give me any problems I can watch hours and hours on end I love it

The HP Envy we purchasrd works well - boots fast, works great. My only complaint is the touch pad is very difficult to use. I plugged in a mouse- works better.

This is the first time that a laptop is my primary computer and I am adjusting just fine with this computer. I have yet to explore all of its options but am looking forward to that.

I love this computer, I had a hp before and then went to a different brand but didnt like it so I went back to the hp and I love it. I dont think ill ever get anyting else.

Purchased fo a gift for a friend. Wasnt sure about which laptop to buy. After comparing different ones with in my buget I choosed this HP. She was very happy with my choice

This is one of the best for the price. I got it because it’s processor competed with the i7 and it has ssd....I love it

Computer is great for the most part. But it's wireless card is horrible! If you aren't within 10 feet of the wifi, it kicks you off all the time.

Generally good computer but not quite holding up to the purpose i bought it for. I am an engineering student and when i use CAD software such as Solidworks it runs fine until i open more than one part or assembly and it will abruptly crash and give me a blue screen saying it was a graphics related crash. I've seen reviews saying add ram and it works fine. I will try that and post another review. Another note the charger gets incredibly hot while charging.
