Fairly easy to set up. Couldn't figure out where the touch sensor was without googling (it's on the right side), so I used a pin to set up when unlocking. Had charging upon first use, but didn't seem to hold charge upon first use without cord. Graphic screen is great for my needs-internet searching, occasional streaming-nothing too heavy. Overall, I am pleased but hope the battery thing is just a first time fluke.

Easy to use great system beautiful screen lightweight

Extremely well pleased with the HP Envy 360 computer and the entire purchase process. SSDD makes it lightning fast and has sufficient storage. Of course more storage space is always great, but it has plenty of space for everything I could really need and I really like the ability to turn it into a super tablet! It's very light too.

This had absolutely everything I was looking for. 360 Rotate, numeric keypad, touchscreen, and a solid state drive. I've always used Dell and In the last 3 years this is the 4th computer I bought. My Dell would crash EVERY YEAR. This computer is tough and can withstand the occasional slip/drop and car ride. TOTALLY worth the money!

Purchased this for 78 year old mother who had an 8 year old laptop with way too many quirks. The HP Envy x360 has crystal clear screen, good speakers, a comfortable keyboard, transitions quickly, touch screen for solitaire and ability to flip to tablet if so desired. Just enough bells and whistles without being too confusing.

I love it overall. Does what I want and need. Other than the updates. I need to reach out to HP to find out why some of the updates refuse to work. But it's lightweight, beautiful, fast, and well worth it so far.

This laptop is beautiful and fast and easy to use.

I like the touch screen- very sensitive. The finger reader sometimes does not accept my fingerprint to log in so frequently I have to use my password but that is no big deal. The colors of my photographs are fantastic. I am enjoying playing around with it and getting used to the slight changes from my previous laptop.

I wanted something new, used my old one till it couldn't go no more. So I did some investigating, read some reviews and went in and picked this HP. I am used to Dell but thought I'd try something different. I am happy with my purchase, I like the design, convertible touch screen, the keyboard is a nice size meaning I make less mistakes while typing. I took a star away due to opening it is the only challenge.

My primary need when I picked out this laptop was excel spreadsheets and it does a great job there. It is also just a great all around laptop with a touch screen that I am still getting used to. It works perfectly, but it may take my grandchildren to get all of the good out of it. Would definitely buy it again.

Light weight, 2 in 1, touch screen, She loves it!!

I got this computer for college and it’s amazing! The computer can be folded into a tablet and is perfect for watching Netflix or Hulu! The speakers sound great too. I find touchscreen really useful for drawing chemical equations for my organic chemistry class! Overall it’s a very sleek design and the perfect size for me.

Very fast. Starts quickly and doesn’t take long to complete tasks. The only issue we had was getting an error message on iCloud. Best Buy remoted in and they fixed it. Would defiantly recommend this computer.
