This is great lightweight, highly functional computer. If you are not used to a touch screen it takes a bit to get used to it but it is fun to draw on or add signatures to documents.

I purchased this on sale and it was awesome for us. My wife needed to replace a 10-year old iPad with something she could also use for remote work. This was mid priced and met all our basic requirements. Love the 360 option and it responds quickly to commands. Easy to set-up and is beautiful in appearance. You won't be disappointed if looking for a mid price, mid performance PC

    Good quality but not intuitive

We purchased this laptop in a rushed fashion, as our prior one had encountered an HDD failure. One feature we liked about this laptop is the Solid State Drive which launches & performs very fast compared to prior HP model. Limited drive space will also force us to use cloud storage, which is best for long-term. One key use case for this new laptop is for doing our "finances", so we decided to get this model due to the number pad on the keyboard. While that was a key reason for selecting this model, it has turned out to be the biggest headache. For whatever reason, I just cannot adjust to the offset QWERTY keyboard and touchpad. My hands keep wanting to re-adjust to the center of the display. The step-by-step initial setup was not as intuitive as I would have expected. One challenge, which admittedly is more a function of Windows 10 than the laptop, was the user setup. The setup guided me to using an existing Microsoft account, fingerprint access and a 4-digit PIN, all of which likely is best for a single user. My situation is a 2 parent household with children, though. Thus, I ended up having to go back through user setup to establish a Local Admin and multiple IDs which didn't feel worth the effort/re-work. Overall, after a couple months of use, the laptop appears to be of good quality and yield fast performance. It just fell a bit short on ease of use from my perspective.

A great little computer that can work like a touch screen tablet. I wanted the best of both worlds, and this little computer is lightweight enough and powerful enough to do everything I need for work in studying for the CPA exam, do anything else I've tried on it. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to get away from a heavy laptop in a tiny tablet.

Laptop has a bright HD screen and has the speed to do all of my tasks. I do professional level photo editing with Capture One, art with Corel Painter 2019, and programming with Visual Studio. I will be adding memory and a spare TB or 2 HDD in the spare bay area. This thing streams like a dream and the speakers are more than adequate for a smaller room or bedtime movies. The backlit keyboard works as expected. 10 key is nice but not 100% necessary. Touchpad is responsive but I haven't determined if scrolling gestures are included or not. You do have to go buy a pen if you need one. I went with the Wacom bamboo Ink because it will work with various other devices as well. The I5 processor and solid state drive run Win10 fine and speeds thru most activities.

This is the best Lap top that I have used in a long time. It is fast, compact and very easy to handle. Weight is not an issue. I particularly like that fact that you can turn the lap top into a pad. Very impressive. Highly recommended for people to purchase.

We purchased this for multi-purpose use...for mom use and our high-schooler for school work. It's processing is great, it's lightweight enough for her to carry with her if need and battery life is good too! I love the touch screen! A great buy.

Best decision ever. I can't imagine not having this computer now. I love how the screen can fold all the way back to be a tablet or lay open flat. I like to sit in bed and I can put my knees up and still type comfortably. I am now spoiled to touch screen because of this computer. The camera is great. I keep a cover over it that slides for privacy. I definitely could not survive without this computer. I use it for school and paying bills and facetime/zoom. It is also convenient enough for travel even though it is 15.6". I probably should have gotten the protection because the screen has started to flicker occasionally. But I would replace it with the very same model if I had to.

Clear winner in today's 2-in-1 market

This laptop, and this line of laptops (HP's Envy x360 line), is unique among today's offerings in that it has: 1. BOTH an M.2, NVMe SSD port (which is x4 and gen 3) AND a SATA III drive bay; 2. Has a numeric 10-key pad on the keyboard, and; 3. is a 2-in-1 form factor. Battery life is good. I generally get 4-8 hours out of a charge, the low end being with fairly heavy use (not constant streaming of a movie or anything like that, but general purpose use). Thanks to the NVMe SSD, performance is generally screaming across the board. At least, for business applications. Can't say how this would perform as a gamer laptop, as I'm not a gamer, but my suspicion is that it would be fairly decent, but not a total screamer, as it uses the Intel's onchip graphics. I run a small IT shop, and have steered maybe a dozen clients into buying this laptop or one of its nearly identical predecessors. Everyone LOVES them.

The HP 360 is fast and simple to use. I typically prefer using an external mouse, rather than the mouse pad. Now I can scroll even faster with the touch screen. Switching between open applications is also easier. And Intel's latest processors have more speed ever before.

Typically I an not a fan of HP laptops, I've gotten some in the past and they just did not work well, so me purchasing this was kind of a big deal especially for the price (I ended up paying $700 with the student deals coupon). But let me say this thing is absolutely awesome, it stays charged, volume quality is amazing and it hits all if the check marks you'd want such an expensive laptop to hit. However I have a problem, exactly one problem which isn't too bad but it gets annoying. When I plug in headphones it takes a few moments for them to work. I get better results if I start the video without them in and then connect them, but I also get spots if no sound when I pause the audio for 'too long' and it takes a few seconds (maybe about 5 to 10) of total quietness for the sound to pick back up which sucks. But overall it's a really good laptop, despite it's weird audio problem

I have owned many brands of laptops, some I like and some I hated. This is among the best I have had. Easy to use and get started. I love the touch screen and the speed. It's very fast and the solid state drive is totally silent. I would definitely buy this again!

Needed to upgrade from my old laptop. This 2 in 1 has been the perfect choice. Plenty of speed and storage. Not to heavy for the road and Touch screen is the only way to go. Now if it only lasts as long as my previous HP it really earns the rating. We will see

I purchased the HP - Envy 360 in order to work remotely and it has been a solid performer. I could not be happier with the speed and it weighs next to nothing at all. The screen is a perfect size and there is an HDMI port so I can work with a 2 monitor setup.

Light-weight, sleek, fast and more than enough memory for my needs. Love the touch-screen and ease of use with Windows 10. Only drawback is that it does not have a CD-ROM fro program downloads that run on a disc. Other than that; love this new laptop

I pretty much only use it for surfing the net and banking, I am sure its overkill for my needs. It is fast and serves my needs. The battery life however does not even come close to the 10 hours it is rated for, 5 if lucky.
