Was unsure if It was the laptop I was looking for when I bought it, but so far it has worked for my everyday use and the 2 in 1 feature has become extreamly handy. It is reasonably fast with powering up and loading. I would recomend buying the bamboo pen with it though to save on finger prints on the screen.

This laptop is sleek, lightweight, with big fat keys on the keyboard! I make fewer mistakes. I love it that I can touch the screen, use the board, or use a mouse. Extremely fast, and utilizes Microsoft 365 perfectly. Worth every penny.

I've had this laptop for about a month now, and I have to say it is just as wonderful as it was on day one. Much faster than my old one, very efficient, and I love all the improvements that have been done to make HP Support Assistant (to use one example) more intuitive without (always) being too intrusive. The biggest adjustment for me has been the lack of lines on the mouse pad, which means I have to be very specific about whether I'm scrolling, left- or right-clicking, but that probably won't bother people who don't wait 5 years to replace their laptop. Loving the touch screen, even though I don't use it for much but scrolling and precise clicks. Overall, it's a great computer for work and home. Looking forward to testing non-graphics intensive games on it once work lets up!

I love this laptop. It is my only computer so the size of the screen and keyboard are more conducive for desktop use. I have only had it for about 3 weeks so a full review is premature. My only issue, and it is minor, is that the fan gets loud pretty quickly. This is my first experience with SSDs and they are smokin' fast. So much so, that when I use someone else's computer now I get antsy. :)

great touchscreen, nice keyboard, love it overall - I am glad I got the sturdy laptop frame as opposed to plastic and it's surprisingly lightweight. Very happy with it!

I bought this computer for my daughter who just started college and I'm very impressed with the quality of this lap top. The key board is large and the back lite keys make typing easier in dim lights. Very fast.

We bought this for my daughter for college, she loves it! Touch screen, folding keyboard, and super fast. She can search the internet for school papers or stream Netflix. She said it's her best tool for college!

It was way past time for me to upgrade. This laptop works very well. It's fast and I love the touch screen (never had one before). I do wish the battery would last longer. Other than that it's perfect.

I decided to buy myself a laptop as it's been years since I had a good working one. I have a tablet, or I should say I used to have one. My husband took it over. Anyway, I really like the features of this, although I've not really used it much; been too busy but I am looking forward to being able to use it. I really like the 3D art which I had my granddaughter in mind to use sometime when she's over. But then, maybe I'd end up without a laptop, too. I like having the touch screen, the size is really nice, too. The one thing that I do not like is no place to use a cd or DVD but I knew that in advance so when I did decide that I wanted the option to use CDs and DVDs, I bought an external one.

I finally replaced my old laptop. It was 5+ years old. This one is much faster, light weight and I like that it is touchscreen. I am happy with my purchase.

Nice for the price that I paid for. It's hard to get such a wonderful laptop at this price with a nice finishing and nice performance. Using it since last 3-4 months and working well so far.

I love this 2-in-1 laptop... attractive, thin, fast, great keyboard, light weight, great battery life, excellent resolution. And all for an excellent price... a great value and quality product.

I purchased this laptop as a gift for my wife. She really loved it and since i'm the one who sets up the installation and configuration, I can easily tell how great this laptop is using my work computer as comparison. Only time will tell if the durability and performance will turn out great but so far with her daily use, she is very happy with it. I get to use it once in a while and I'm happy with the speed. Because of its touch screen, you don't really need a mouse and can turn it into a tablet if you want to work off a bed. So it's very flexible. I would highly recommend the 256 Gb SSD over the 128 given that it's easy to use up all the disk space with a lot of the newer apps.

This was purchased to replace a one year old Dell that died. This laptop is lightning fast and the touchscreen is really nice for my vision impaired son, who has trouble finding the mouse pointer.

It is easy to manage it. Lightweight, I like to use the screen to show my students the lessons and to get information from the internet.

Works great for my purposes, which are mostly word processing, excel, web use, some low-key graphic work, watching Netflix. Love the touch screen and tablet-like features of it. It is kind of heavy to use as a tablet if you were going to carry this around a lot. The keyboard is a nice size and easy to use. The built in mouse pad is also easy to use and I would have no problem using this if I carried the computer around a lot. However, most of the time I use the laptop at home, so for easiness I use a Bluetooth mouse. My only complaint is there's no DVD drive, which is why I gave this only four stars. Some other reviews mentioned poor speakers, the speakers being on the bottom of the computer and that the computer gets too warm. My speakers are Bang & Olufsen, sound great and are on the top surface of the computer. My computer doesn't get too warm.

I have had zero issues with this product. I use it for work and it performs flawlessly. Light weight and durable. I don’t use the touch screen much at all, but it’s nice to have.

Not a tech person just needed a computer that does what I want it to do. My tech guy said I did good on my purchase. Good machine. So far I like it. It is a lot lighter than my last one.
