This is the longest that we have kept a headset without it stop working...still working as expected. Gave 4 star only because the mic peice can get knocked off a little to easy.

The ear cushioning do get dirty over time, but you can swap it out for a 3rd party one. The overall weight might feel a bit heavy during long wearing sessions, but not a big issue if you take it off every hour.
