First time purchasing Sennheiser brand headphones. Really bad first impression when they're dead on arrival. Literally out of the box, unusable. Can not be seen by PC at all. With the proprietary cable, there is nothing else I can do to fix it except return exchange.

Sure, the headphones need to have drivers installed from the Sennheiser website before the headphones will work with your Computer or console. With that said, once it’s running, the surround soundstage is pristine and the microphone is crystal clear. I’m talking ASMR clear. When you chat you can adjust the level you hear your voice in the headphones kind of like being in a Helicopter. Really cool feature and I love the Surround sound.
