    I got no guidance from the Best Buy agent in the store except to tell me where to find the Epson inks. I knew the model number of my printer (from Best Buy) and selected the wrong ink. I expected more from Best Buy.

    My experience with Epson ink products with my Epson printer is that they've dried up on me before I finished using them, which ended up costing me money. I do not recommend it.

    I bought this replacement ink for my epson printer. I was so easy to install, and the cartridge was sturdy to handle. I didn't feel like it would fall apart on me. After going through the process of head cleanings and ink set up for my printer, I figured there would be a few uneven printings, but that didn't happen. The quality of the black was even with no streaking. I did not get it on sale, but the price was comparable to the other online stores when I was shopping around. I usually get replacement ink online and get generic or off brand. They are never as good as what comes with the printer. I am glad I kept to the Epson brand. It was well worth it.

    not happy with this product very expensive and only lasts about 5 months i print about 3 copies a month!Then have to buy more and both color and black !

    I was so excited to see that Best Buy rewards members get 15% off their ink purchases. Best Buy stays open later than all of the chain office supply stores in my area and this is extremely helpful in a pinch!

    I have the Epson NX230, so that may be part of the problem, however, in my experience this ink does not last the promised 170 pages. I print maybe 3-5 pages of black and white typed documents per month with this cartridge, and I just had to buy ink for the third time in less than a year.
