    I put this ink in my printer but found out that my printer head was clogged so had to clean that out before the cartridge would work. After that the ink seemed to work as it should.

    I have bought a number of the above ink from Best Buy since I print a lot of documents for school work. I did have to make an exchange on one of the ink cartridges one time as it appears to be defective. I always keep a back up of the black ink as I don't want to run out of ink in the middle of my print job.
