    When ordering 2 items on-line for store pick-up, be sure that one already available in-store be set aside for pick-up with the other item to be shipped. I had 2 separate pick-up dates ( that did not coincide with each other) for 2 different ink cartridges, which would require 2 trips to the store. Silly and aggravating when both were ordered together. Trying to get this corrected was quite impossible on-line or thru several attempts by phone.
