They were pretty easy to put in the Epson. Previously, with my original Dell printer (which I'd still be using if they hadn't stopped making the ink!!), and the Canon (which I never liked), there were only two cartridges--B/Color. This has black and 3 color cartridges. From what I understand, it is supposed to let me know if one cartridge needs replacing--the Canon did not; it just drew from the color one if black was low, and I hated that. Too soon for me to know if the Epson will be more like the Dell, which I couldn't really find any fault with re ink or the printer itself.

I like this 212XL set better. I guess XL means it will last longer and Black ink cartridge makes it complete. I got it without XL since I got wrong ones. On another note...Why are ink cartridges more than the actual printer with cartridges though?

Works great with my Epson printer. You use black more than the colors so the high yield cartridge lasts a long time.

I needed more ink for my old printer, it seemed to be expensive and kinda hard to find!!! Had been looking at new printers, so it looked like an opportune time to purchase one. Haven't had it even a month, but so far I like it. Like I said it was easy to set up, copies are crisp and clear. In the near future I hope to check it out more, hopefully finding some features for a non-tech guy to use!!!

These are the cartridge recommended cartridge my Epson Workforce WF-2830 printer. I like getting the XL version because they last longer and are a better value if you can afford to a little more to get a lot more for your money, rather than getting the regular cartridges.

Full cartridges last extremely well. Just had two closings back to back with mountains of paperwork. Printed at least 200 pages if not 300. Still have plenty of ink left!
