Works fine but doesn't seem to last very long

This has turned into quite a game we are playing these days. Get the printer cheap then pay high prices for the cartridges, or visa versa. Then put just enough ink in the printer so it runs out frequently. I don't see this ending in the consumers favor.

Pretty colors on all pictures!
