just a great little laptop

awesome customer service as usual

I love the attention of customer service I always get when I'm in the store. Very helpful. unfortunately I've noticed the yellow ink cartridge is unfortunately showing low after only a few black ink print jobs. No idea why so I will be going back to company about that and see what they do for me, hopefully replace the yellow for me at no charge.
