I have had to change them twice since I purchased the printer. I don't quite know what the problem is but I do know that the ink runs out fast and it doesn't do that nice of a job in terms of color.

NOT HAPPY

I had to reload the ink but this time I used the XL ink that i ordered at the same time, so far every thing ok, still not a happy customer.
