Purchased above noted Epson 252 black and color cartridge set from your store in Wentzville and don’t have my receipt. Ever since installing cartridges, which I have barely tried to use, printing and copying comes out with faded spots and sometimes lines. Have never had this product do this before. I Wud like to exchange for another set just like it but don’t have receipt. May I bring cartridges back and get a new set to try?

Presentation/Availability: Product was well packaged with no broken/opened box. There were many available at the store. Performance: It does exactly what I needed from this device. I’ve always use original ink for my Epson printer. Easy to install and started using it at the moment. Good ink quality, it doesn’t smear off. I looked for the bundle (black and color) inks but it wasn’t available. Customer service: Very good customer service. I was greeted by an employee as soon as I walked through the door and helped me to contact the correct employee at the right area for getting my product, which I did quickly.

This is a very good 3-pack ink cartridges, it really delivers nice and true colors. easy to install and economical. I recommended.

Reliable printer ink. Easy to install, vibrant colors. lasts a fairly long time. It appears that printer ink today is extremely expensive, however, buying them in a multipack saves a bit on the cost.

These printer cartridges are easy to install so you can’t get it wrong. Good quality print. I tried some off brand printer cartridges many years ago to save money. Those cartridges messed up my printer. So much for saving money.

These cartridges have always worked well for me with good color and a reasonable life time.

I have tried generic replacement ink cartridges and they don't last as long and the quality is not as good as the original Epson cartridges. For guaranteed compatibility and great quality, I recommend only using Epson ink cartridges.
