Did not print vibrant ink

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Because I didn't have the number I needed so I asked a sales clerk to help me and I showed them the printer I had and that was the one he said I needed but unfortunately it wasn't and best buy's policy is they won't take it back and exchange it even though I never opened it and it was on record that I actually bought it from them so it was a waste of money. I ended up giving it to good will.

Bad on priner and inkjet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought Epson WF 3640 from BB a year ago, it ran out of black ink , I got ink from BB, but did not work, I called Epson, they said defected , BB said because I do not use them offen, atleast have to print once a week, can't return machine and new ink jet, I total lost everything. Never buy inkjet printer and Epson products ! I buy back a Laser from Brother.
