For 11 or 12 bucks this cartridge prints high quality and is very good for copying I will leave a review on the colored ink when I use that but for now the 288 black is cheap and very crisp on the page

This was easy to install and is working smoothly. The image prints clear and bright with no smudging. My first ink cartridge purchase for my new printer and I'm happy with the product.

Bought this Black Ink Cartridge for my Epson XP-430 Home printer/copier/fax machine. Easy to install (if you have the directions handy) and cartridge lasted about 6 months, if used moderately to often.

I have always loved Epson products. There really is not anything bad that I can say about them. This ink is solid dark black and it does not run. It installs easily and gets the job done!

Never had any issues with this ink cartridge. Well worth the money. Highly recommended.

I like my new Epson printer and the cartridges needed. I purchased my first cartridges after running out of the sample included with the printer. The cartridges are easy to install and last a long time.

I have purchased this ink several times and always liked the fact that is has been very easy to install, lasts quite a bit and its price is very accessible.

This is a plug for not just the cartridge but the Epson brand. I have had several printers they annoy me to start off they start eating my color to mix black without telling me they are doing so. My Epson is the first that tells me black is running low and gives me and option to mix colors to continue or to stay black. I stay black so I am only replacing my black apposed to all colors. Also my other brands of printers my ink dries out I noticed these have a plastic barrier over ink to help them not dry out before you even use then. Sop if your like me and don't use them daily this is a HUGE advantage !

Exactly what I needed for my printer and was a decent price so can't go wrong. Lasts me A few months and great quality.

I like these cartridges. They last a sufficient amount of time and are easy to swap out when one goes bad. Nicely done, Epson! (I just wish they were a little less expensive!)

Easy to install. Clear, crisp color! I prefer using real Epson brand cartridges as opposed to generic cartridges.

My wife insisted that we move on from an HP printer and their endless thirst for ink. We purchased an Epson 440, which uses the 288 ink cartridges. We have not been disappointed. The printer connects wirelessly with both of our Mac Air laptops very easily and as for these ink cartridges, they cost less than an HP ink cartridge and they last longer too. The same goes for the three colored cartridges as well. We have been extremely happy with the Epson brand name, both the printer and the ink cartridges.

Best ink for a great home multi unit. This is ver affordable and prints clear.

Upgraded my printer a while back, or not, went from the office grade WF line to the home grade XP. Good move. Only two years, or less, newer and great performance and even a little better scanning interface. But, I digress... this is an ink review. This cartridge, the 288, seems to last longer than the older ones. I believe that a lot of my ink replacements are due lack of use and sitting open in the printer as much as actually "using the ink up". Either way, I notice a real difference with this cartridge.
