    No problem with the ink but feel it is too expensive for the amount of ink in the cartridge. It feels a little like a ripoff. Not always available in the store so have to order online sometimes. How about a BOGO? Or a credit when returning used cartridges.

    I received two black ink and never the cyan that was needed along with the black. Went to the store and customer service said that there was no cyan ink. I then showed her the picture I took and she was able to order it for me. I hope when the inks run out I get what I need without all of the haste.
